I am based on the west coast and needed to go to corporate headquarters back east. I couldnt take my 27inch iMac obviously so I needed to find a laptop rental for just one week so I could be productive while on the road. Rentacomputer sales rep was professional, polite and very helpful. He made the process so easy. The price was amazingly affordable and I needed to use the computer late into the day on Friday at the end of the work week. I was supposed to ship it back Friday and asked what the charge would be to ship it back on Monday. They said no charge. THAT is great customer service. Highly recommend this company.
