They are the bomb. We had a horrible experience with another rental company (Abbel) on Friday of Memorial weekend and basically told them to shove their disgraceful tent, tables, chairs and attitude where the sun doesnt shine. Well now we are in a predicament and went to Kosins on a Saturday morning (of Memorial Weekend) to rent chairs knowing they had no tents available. We discussed our horrible experience with Abbel and the most pleasant ladies at Kosins made some phone calls and worked behind the scenes and found us a 20x20 tent, which they came out the same day to set up. Kosins was a great experience, and very professional, from the ladies in the office, employees who walked with smiles and a helpful demeanor to the crew who came to set up the tent. They all went through leaps and bounds to make up for a disaster, that another company caused, and they didnt have to it, but they wanted us to walk out their door happy, and that is just what they did. If you ever need any Party Rental items, Kosins is the place to go. Their showroom is a work of art and they will help you with all your party needs.

Kosins did a GREAT job setting us up for our UD graduation party. I live out of town and was in charge of organizing the party for UD graduation. I called and spoke to Teri who was more than helpful in explaining the packages and then getting what we needed! They even came out and inspected the yard to make sure the tent we ordered would fit on the backyard lot! Rates for their tent packages were the most reasonable ones in the area! The correct items were delivered and set up without issues. The next day while graduation was going on, table/chairs were picked up, tent down! So, easy to work with. They have done UD grad parties before, they know the area well and know what needs to be done. They even set up the City of Dayton to do the inspection so you dont have too! I highly recommend them for your next UD grad party or any party for that matter!

From our first quote request from Kosins, I knew we were going to work with them. Simply because of the fact that they were nice, responsive and so easy to work with! They paid attention to every detail and changed every tiny thing that I wanted. We had a wedding of close to 200 on a farm, and the Kosins crew handled everything so well! They came out and set everything up on Wednesday before the wedding, and then brought any additional items that I needed before the reception. They continued to be responsive throughout the entire process and updated the quote/layout with every little change I insisted on making. Julie put up with it all, and was so nice every time!
