Horrible Customer Service and Worst Attitude I wish I had the option to select zero(0) or more less stars to write this review. :( :( :P I went to the store at 530 and I was given appointment at 745 or so.I dont know the exact person may be it is Layota or Licy( Not sure of her name) I stepped in at 7 and enquired about my appointment status the lady at that time ( May be Sheri Jackie Not very sure about the names Apologies) told me to wait since there was other gentle man waiting before me. I told that I had already an appointment. She checked in system and told me to wait since there was no appointment checked in. I was made to wait for more than an hour nearly for 75 mins. By that time the other person had his hair cut and there was already a lady whereshe is having her hair dye. This lady Sherri is not even caring me even though I was waiting for more than 1.15 hr. I had to enquire couple of times and later she told me it would take more than 30 mins. I came back frustated after wasting my time for more than 2 hours and called this lady. She balmed me for their mistake and said I was rude to her (Goddamnnn, I waited for more than 1.30 hrs Wy in the World I wont be frustated) and she said she was not responsible for it. (She was the only person who is taking care of the saloon at that time ).To add to this She hanged up the call while I was about to to complete my sentence. This displays her rude way of behaviour with customers. If she would have atleast apolized told me to come back later that would have been good but instead she didnt even cared me. Am I mad to wait there If I dont have any appointment ? I would never ever recommend his hell saloon for gods Grace. To the Management : How can the customers dare to come back if the crew is so irresponsible like this? What is the need to cheking in appointments if they are of no use ??Try to train you crew how to act responsibe with the customers.

I warned my mother not to go. If you look at how the staff take care of their own hair, you should know better than to venture in there. They look sloppy, the place is filthy, (they eat while they are working), not professional, and they took advantage of my Spanish mother who has a hard time understanding English. They charged her for a shampoo, a cut, and a blow dry. When she explained to me what they actually did (spray a little water on and trimmed JUST the back of her hair) I was LIVID. She went back there to try to get a refund, and they said they do not give refunds but gift certificates. I personally would never have done business there, but now I have proof that place is just trash. A blindfolded monkey or a four year old could do better than them. They are trashy, sloppy, and uneducated morons... God knows how they got a beauticians license in the first place! Or how anyone allows this type of business to continue. Good luck getting business Regis.

There is nothing wrong with this salon. One cant say that "ALL" the employees are sloppy. I had a great experience here and its a good price for a college town and a good cut and color. If you request one of the younger stylists you will probably stand a better chance of a successful style. They seem to know better than someone who was cutting hair in the 70s. All i can complain about is the woman who was is charge and seemed to be the manager. She was rude, and yelled at all the employees while they were cutting hair. It made me feel really uncomfortable. She even turned down a client while I was there so she could go smoke, and announced it to the whole store. She made me feel uncomfortable. If you go, youll know who she is by her smell, so stay away from her!!!

I will NEVER recommend anyone to this salon. I would not wish the haircut that I received on my very worst enemy. I showed a picture of what I wanted, had an entire consultation on the fact that it was merely a trim with some thinning, and I left with a feathered MULLET that was uneven on either side AND bangs that were uneven. Ive never seen anything like this in my entire life. Completely unprofessional stylist that does not understand how to cut hair. As I said, I wouldnt wish what happened to me at Regis upon my very worst enemy. Worst haircut of my entire life. Will take at least a year to correct what was done. Just unacceptable.

I had visited another local salon for an ombré and haircut, and I left crying, my hair was colored in a straight line, and the haircut was anything but!!! I went to Regis because they were open late and took walk-ins. My stylist went above and beyond to reassure me that she would be able to fix it. She was right! When I left, my hair looked better than I imagined to begin with! I will go to Regis for everything hair from now on! Thank you for turning a disaster into something wonderful!

The staff is very professional and welcoming! My stylists name is Latoya and she is very nice and good at what she does. My first visit she trimmed my ends and my hair has been healthy and growing ever since. The salon is always clean. I highly recommend everyone to visit this salon!

Loved my haircut and stylist but the manager was in there using very vulgar language. She made my visit very uncomfortable, especially because there were kids in the salon...Ive never seen someone act so unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment. I end up waiting and hour for my hairdresser to finish the other persons hair. At that time I had an event to go to. Very upsetting.
