Terrible service, long wait when there were no customers in line...Stylists talking to there guests about random things non work related at checkout making your wait even longer...cannot process a checkout making people wait longer...one stylist turned away a guest while I was here waiting telling them they have a time frame for each haircut and couldnt cut the womans longer hair but then retracted her statement and said it was 10 more dollars to cut. If that is truly the case the way she positioned the extra 10 dollars was terrible. As I type this Im still waiting while 2 stylists are doing nothing and 1 stylist is cutting. Me and my kids are the only ones in the lobby. I will not be returning.

Came in yesterday on the 28th of March around 5:15 two workers the women who was working was very cheerful and pleasant. The man there however looked depressed and unhappy which put me in a bad mood. The man also went to take a crap or a nap for 15-20 minutes after each patient which was a little upsetting because I had an important dinner to go to and hindered me from getting a haircut that night. Staff is low=2 people= sucks Certain staff are not hard workers nor pleasant=sucks Rest if staff are always pleasant and talkative= excellent Remembering my haircut= excellent Owner should fire that man, it would save him money and customers

Terrible terrible haircut. If you dont know what a high fade is then inform your customers in advance that you cant cut thier hair in the requested way. Dont just wing it and hope for the best. Sloppy, half asset excuse for a hair cut. Right side is 2 inches above my ear and the left side is even with my ear. Definetly not a military appropriate haircut. Thanks for that.

They should name this place terrible clips because they screwed up my hair several times. The last time I had a haircut from there the lady that cut my hair left a bald patch on the back of my head and tried to tell me it was a birth mark (which I never had) very disappointed!!
