Went in to get my sides Cut so when I wear my hair up I would have some to pull down around cheek level, she said she was going to trim the back, said about 2 inches.when she handed me the mirror to look at the back she took of more like 6 inches !!! 2 yrs worth of letting it go~JUST GONE ! Said I didnt have to pay as I was standing there crying but I did.I left went to the one in Franklin, happy with the sides, but no magic wand to get my long hair back.Oh and when Got to the one in Franklin the scissor happy girl must have wiped me out of the computer...
