BEWARE!!!! Steer clear of this Great Clips. I was treated very disrespectfully by Toni. I attempted to use a $5 off coupon issued directly by Great Clips corporate (I get these from Great Clips Offers via e-mail as well as in my FB feed) with a valid redemption code and expiration date. I was told by the stylist that her manager told her that they dont accept online coupons and possibly my coupon could be counterfeit since she couldnt scan it. She wouldnt use the redemption code either. Coupon wasnt slated to expire until 10/10/16. She told me that all of her coupons were loaded on their register software, but wouldnt offer or honor my $5 off coupon for both my son as well as myself. I should have walked out nor tipped this stylist for being so accusatory and making me feel like I was trying to be deceitful. I was shamed in front of the customer standing behind me as well as in front of my 10 year old. Ive never been so humiliated in my entire life. Ive been a Great Clips customer for years, but I will never return to this location.

Walked in, told the lady i had a very important photo shoot and would liked a cut, and my hair curled. She cut my hair so terribly, everything was uneven! When i asked her for curls, i specifically said, beach waves, tight curls, etc. And she rushed it so bad, i had fishhooks flips. My hair was absolutely ruined to the point where i had to reschedule my photoshoot because i couldnt bare to take photos with my hair a hot mess!
