I just got my hair BUTCHERED here. I thought they seemed like a good place to go but I was COMPLETELY WRONG! I showed the girl a picture and she seemed confident enough to not use it. After about an hour my hair is now 2 inches short in the back. Mind you I only wanted 1 inch off!!! my top layers by my part are extremely short as well. It looks like a horrible mullet. The sides are uneven and I think I could have done a better job myself. I just got done balling my eyes out and have made an appointment with another salon for tomorrow. I am so upset and I STILL PAID $20!!! I will NEVER go there and I hope you dont either!

Went for a few years with no issue, but seems like quality has gone down hill. Last 4 haircuts for my son and myself have had the same issue. They cant seem to cut a straight line. The girl who cut my sons hair today looked drunk/hungover, hands shaking the whole time. Now I need to take him and pay someone else to fix his hair. We are done with Great Clips.
