I have gotten my hair cut and colored here for years. Raven is the only hairdresser that I have ever consistently gone back to, she does a great job! I was hesitant to go here initially because it had "barber" in the title, but Ive never been anywhere else since. The prices arent super cheap but they are definitely affordable compared to some fancy salons. (Plus, I used to get cheap haircuts at places like Fantastic Sams and I was always sorry afterward!) You can only make appointments the day of, so call at 9am when they open. -Kendall

This place has a lot of good reviews and is close to my work, that’s why I tried it. But, I had an awful experience. The person who cut my hair was Lisa. I have short hair and I asked hair to cut the back and make it into a Bob hairstyle. Not only she couldn’t cut the back straight, but also she cut the front part (which had a lot of texture and layers) a straight cut! All the time, my back was facing the mirror! (instead of my face) so I wasn’t aware of what she was doing until after it was done. I will never go to this place again.

Ive been going to Campus Barber for 15+ years now. Marty & Matt have been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire time. Service is great, theyre wonderful people to talk to, and theyve watched me grow up from elementary school, to finishing college. For the past year or so, Meeghan has been cutting my hair. She consistently does a stellar job, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Ill be going to Campus Barber for as long as Im in Ann Arbor. Thanks to all of you guys!

New to Ann Arbor and was very hesitant to get my hair cut by someone new after seeing the same barber for nearly a decade. But Amber and Meeghan did amazing work! Amber really listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure it was perfect. I appreciate the extra time to style it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Meeghan did great on my eyebrows and listened to how I like them. Great conversation and atmosphere the entire time. Will definitely become a regular here!

I desperately needed my hair done and have never left my salon at home. So after vigorously searching almost every salon in the Ann Arbor area, Campus Barber and Beauty had the highest ratings and best reviews. I have super thick, long, curly hair, and I have never had a better blow-dry in my entire life. Aside from thinking it was sketchy at first, my hair looked flawless. If you go, ask for Lisa. I will definitely be coming back to her! She worked magic on my hair!

So accommodating, they fit my husband and I in and when the first girl didnt do such a good job, and we really didnt check cause we were in a hurry, in called the next day to say something and they had us come back and fix the issue and gave us our money back, which we didnt ask for. So we tipped the girl that fixed it (different form the first time)

Down-to-earth setting without all the glitz & glamour translates to great prices which in turn allows me to tip generously. They take appointments as well as walk-ins.

Great place for a good cut I have been going to Campus Barbers since it was just an idea in the partners heads. Kathy, Matt & Sandy are all great barbers and they are careful to hire good barbers to work with them. I like that I can make a reservation if necessary or get the walk-in discount if not.

One of the owners, I think his name is Matt gave me a fantastic haircut, it was a Mohawk, tapered, and he just killed it. Super impressed by his precision, attention to detail and funny personality. I strongly recommend this place since they are great and they are very cheap $16.50

Perfect haircut! I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Lisa did a great job and cut my hair exactly as I asked. She even wrote down what she did so that I can get the same cut when I come back!

Okay haircut. Extremely long walk-in waits. Its unacceptable to be given a time estimate of 30 minutes and then have to wait 1.5 hours.
