Would give zero stars to these callous people if I could! They provided an awkward funeral service for my grandfather that friends and family members flew in for from across the country. We were expecting a burial same day but was told by relative who took care of services that it would be later in the week instead. A week later, I could not get a straight answer about the burial from that same relative so I called Johaema. She was out sick but had received my message requesting the cemetary where my grandfather was laid to rest. Johaema had her staff tell me they dont have to tell me anything because I didnt pay for the services. That was the cruelest thing a business can say to a grieving grandson who just wanted to know where his papa was buried. I was in his obituary and spoke at his funeral but dont get to know where hes buried? Heartless bunch of people who will play gatekeeper to anyone that pays them. Use a business that knows the difference between privacy and decency!

You can sit and talk with the staff about anything. They are people oriented, they know how to be compassionate, yet professional. They took care of everything, and it was almost like working with members of my extended family because of how comfortable they made me.
