To preface: I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad; however, my experience with Vior was truly "noteworthy" and demands an audience. In short, I had called Vior and asked the receptionist if there was a managing director available. Without hesitation, she said "no" and hung up immediately. I called back and asked kindly what her name was, and if the owner was available. She became highly defensive and spelled her name out with hostility, then proceeded to demand for my name and asked "who the f*** are you?!" With no warning, the woman went completely off on me, calling me a "f***ing *aggot," a "redneck piece of *hit," "my mother a c***," and a "b****-a**." ....? Never in my life have I been treated to, or spoken to in this manner, nor witnessed someone else in customer service treat another person like this. I demanded that I speak with the owner, and defensively she claimed that he was right next to her, and by all means, "go ahead." The owner was just as unapologetic as the nut-case of a receptionist was. He said hed "address the situation" and that there were plenty of other funeral homes in Miami for me to choose. As someone with previous experience in the funeral business, I can say that there is a certain level of professionalism and good-character that is held accountable by employees in the industry. I have never in my life heard of someone acting as this lady did and I wouldnt trust them for a second with a deceased family member.

I am rating them 1 star given the fact that 0 is not permitted. In my lifetime, I have never experienced such degree of disrespect towards the family of a deceased person - and the deceased - as in this place. There is a lady here who is particularly nasty and insensitive. In these delicate moments when we, as close relatives, have very reduced tolerance to rudeness, her lack of manners has impacted us the most. I think that it is absolutely unnecessary to display such disgusting behavior, especially when dealing with a grieving family. If anyone asks me, I will tell them that I totally hated my experience at VIOR.

The degree of professionalism and compassion exhibited by everyone is beyond comparison. I got estimates from several funeral homes and none of them explained the charges. They had an attitude of " this is it if you dont like it too bad". Not at VIOR , Janet the owner explained everything and offered suggestions to save money. The way they fixed my mom, it was amazing. The funeral director was great, in short I cannot express enough compliments for VIOR and their staff

Great staff My mother recently passed and she had a prepaid service at this funeral home. We were treated like family by Arayma, she made all the phone calls required to make sure everything was ready for the viewing and with the cemetery too. I have to mention that she did an excellent job preparing my mom with makeup, we are so grateful with how everything went and want to thank all employees for their professionalism.....

What a wonderful experience under the circumstances. Vior funeral home and Arayma went beyond any of my expectations to make sure my family and I would grieve in peace. The most beautiful service surrounded by my fathers loved ones. I thank Vior and its staff for giving us such comfort in such a time of need. No one was rude or inconsiderate. I recommend everyone to not think twice when it comes to Vior funeral service.

My niece was murdered and they took care of the preparation and arranging For her to be send back to Germany. All of the staff went above and beyond their call of duty . As devastating as it already was , we did not have to worry about one thing when it came to my baby. Our family in Germany was equally pleased with their service. God bless you!
