I worked for this place for a year and wasted my time. The place is a revolving door. Upper management only cares about making money for themselves and using anyone and everyone to make more money. The real kicker is they tell you that you are valued and they follow Christian values. What a load of poop! And if you dont drink the Kool-Aid and agree with their goals, you are not a team player. Heaven forbid, you use your brain to think and not be brain washed. My advice, dont waste anytime dealing with Kforce.

I was employed by KForce from the Tampa, FL office in the early 2006 when Stephen Asaro was with the company. I speak highly of K Force at that time and everyone was very, very professional and had several placements. From working with my recruiter to working with the Travel and Payroll everyone was totally the greatest!!!

Horrible service. Got interviewed 3 months ago, not a single email or call to check up on me. I sent several emails and called and still have had not a single reponse. I worked with Angel, and he hasnt sent me anything. Dont waste your time with this staffing agency.

MY co workers is working for kforce . this is the WORST COMPANY EVER ... MY FRIEND HAVENT GOT PAID IN 3 WEEKS.. Kara is a liar. she lied and stated that they do not do pay cards and they do provide CHECK CARDS . do not sign up PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF !!!!!!

KForce is the worst recruiting firm on the face of the Earth. They post advertisements, and if you apply to one, or even call their offices, dont expect a return call. I dont know how they stay in business, because they are pathetic and incompetent.

The staffing is horrible and just like the rest of the staffing agency in the Tampa Bay area. Steve Fiala is a liar ad fraud. He mislead me about a job with one of their clients. Do waste you time in applying for a job with this staffing agency.

I have only had excellent experiences with Kforce, both with initial placement and during the contract. When my contact called to see how I was doing, there was none of the typical sixty-seconds-or-less pressure. How many agencies do that?

I can see several ratings must be from Kforce employees because this group is a joke. The recruiters micro analyze everything and they have less than 10 years of experience in the real world. They bill high & pay low. They are clueless.

Horrific experience. I was lied to about the rate...deceived in regards to length of assignment...mislead during the interview process. They lost a very good candidate.
