Would not recommend. I will give some background to my review and let you decide for yourself if this is a staffing company worth dealing with. I am a welder and applied for a welding position. Which I told was available. I passed the drug test, filled out paper work, the whole nine yards. They were very helpful. I went to interview at the company offering the position (I will leave that anonymous because its irrelevant) and it was noted that I was a welder. But apparently there was only one position open and it wasnt high priority. And there was a much less desirable position (that had nothing to do with welding) that had more openings and needed to be filled ASAP.. so the staffing agent decided to tell the interviewer I was there for that job. I decided to take the job anyway just to give it a shot. I did it for a week, did everything I was asked, showed up on time every day. The position was not for me. So I asked if there was any possibility that I could move to the welding position I originally applied for. I was questioned about why I would want to change positions and I explained that I am a welder and only interested in welding positions..to which I was told the position had been filled and that I would have to wait around if I wanted to be transferred. I ended up parting ways and a week later a buddy of mine called me to tell me he got a welding job.. The one I was told was already filled. What I got out of dealing with CRS was that they were only concerned about filling a position and not at all about if its right for you or the company youre working at. I was very much treated like a number. I will make note that I had no trouble getting my paycheck and that it was as simple as giving my notice. But it was still more of a hassle than it was worth. There are better staffing companies that are much more personable. I went with Trace staffing and highly recommend them. I was placed in a welding job that was exactly what I was looking for. I definitely appreciate the difference the difference after my experience with CRS.

STOP by and get a job today with CRS! Where do I start? I went to them because I was unemployed for a long month. I went to their office and they told me to fill out a application online and took some fun test LOL or laugh out loud. (Get it Candace?:)) 1- First step checked now, lets get down to business shall we? 2- The next 3 days I worked thanks to CRS and not only that but I got $PAYED$I went to buy my eggs and tortillas. Muy bein!( Very good!) 3- I was having a hard time with the company and I was honest with the kind ladies Elizabeth, Leeann, Candace. They found me a job right away and I have a job interview tomorrow yay! Stop by and get a job with CRS? Thank you guys so much!!!

I got a job with them, within the first week I caught that nasty stomach bug going around. It was bad. I called in the first day, the 2nd day I was so bad my boyfriend called in for me and said he was taking me to the doctor. They said if she doesnt come back with a statement she doesnt come back. Well would you rather the employee stay home or come to work and pass it around? I said screw it.

Elizabeth and Stephanie are awesome! I went in on a Tuesday and was placed for work on Thursday! My second day on the job, I had a run in with someone I have a restraining order on for DV. I notified my supervisor and Elizabeth. Elizabeth found placement for me at another facility immediately. I would recommend this company to everyone! They care about their clients!

Not personable, very unorganized, and they lie about the jobs they have available. They were not what i was looking for and i told they lady to dispose of my information before hearing of any job offers. Oh and not too friendly towards Afro-Americans
