I had been searching for a full time job for about a month after moving to Tampa. Amanda got in contact with me after seeing my resume on Monster. I came in for an interview and right away felt comfortable in their charming office with their staff. They went above and beyond to get me an interview in a job where I would fit well. They were very friendly and spoke to me colloquially while still being professional, which allowed me to feel more comfortable to just be myself, which is important! They prepared me with information about the position which really helped me nail my interview. They get to know their clients, and they check out the companies looking to fulfill positions to make sure they are good, credible companies. Immediately after my interview, I was extended the job offer. So within the same week, I came to their office, got an interview, and got a job. And its exactly what I was looking for. Im so excited to start! I really appreciate the work theyve done for me, and I know I can count on them for any more help I might need along the way. Thank you so much ladies! They have a great staff that are willing to help you find a job that is a great fit for you, whether it be for a short time or permanent. I have actually worked with TempWise twice, and if I was ever in need of help with finding a job again they are the ones I would go back to.The first time I worked with TempWise they were able to place me with a job I ended up working at for almost four years. After I left there in hopes of pursuing a new career, I contacted TempWise hoping they could help me again find work. They did not hesitate to have me come in and get the process started and I began doing various temp jobs shortly there after. I highly recommend reaching out to TempWise if you are in need of work, they are more than willing to help you.

Lee and her wonderful team at TempWise are very caring, supportive, upbeat and professional. They take the time to personally get to know you. When looking for a position for me, they were very insightful about matching my personality and skill set to the right job. They booked me in temporary positions while looking for my permanent “dream job.” After every temp assignment, they would quickly check in with me to make sure that my job experience was positive and that I was happy. In other words, the ladies at Tempwise really care and they always have your back. Happily, TempWise did find my “dream job” and I am so very grateful. Temp Wise is not only the best staffing agency in the entire Tampa Bay area, but it is the best one I have used in the country. The ladies at Temp Wise went above and beyond for me, including returning my calls late into the evening, on their own time. They started scheduling interviews for me immediately and had me working within 1 week. Every member of the team is fantastic. They are kind and caring, cheerful, hard working, respectful, and communicative. Before I stumbled upon this gem, I was afraid that good staffing agencies didnt exist... I will continue to boast about how wonderful Temp Wise is for years and years!!! Well done, ladies! ...And thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with TempWise so far! CareerBuilder forwarded my resume to Elise about two weeks ago and today I was hired for a position thats perfect for my personality and skills set. During my interviewing process I kept tabs with Elise and Lee (Amanda too!) who both made my anxieties about finding work just disappear. They walked me through step by step and ensured that I was as successful as possible. What I love the most about the experience is how much they truly care about each of their clients. I cant say enough GREAT things about everyone at Temp Wise. For about 4 years, I was interested in only temp work and they kept me busy when I wanted and let me take time away when I needed. I actually now work permanently for a company I had temped for through them. They always found really great assignments for me and everyone on their team was prompt, professional and personal. Personal being the biggest factor for me! They knew me, they knew what I liked, and they understood exactly what kind of work I wanted to do! I cant say it enough -- how much I loved working with these ladies and how happy I am to recommend others to them!

They were nice and got me a job quick. I spent two weeks at a location and then the location told me they had to let me got a day in advance.. said they couldnt afford me. Comes to find out that while I was getting paid $14/hr, Tempwise was charing $20/hr [this is what my "boss" at the location told me]. Said tempwise is the most expensive agency in town, and they wouldnt budge on rate. Tempwise said I was so quick to learn and finish up their project that I worked myself out of a job. I was a little bitter about it, but they found me something else after a week. So.. just dont be surprised if you get let go from your location.

A RAY OF HOPE!!! I have a applied at numerous other temporary agencies. These folks are the most personable. You can just feel the energy that they put forth on your behalf. They keep calling me back with updates and I never feel like they are leaving me "hangin". I sense from them a sincere commitment to the development of my professional future. The staff at Temp-wise were the ONLY ones out of all the others I have applied that actually asked me where I wanted to be with regard to my career. They really bring a human touch back into a process that often feels quite cold. YAH! A TEMP AGENCY WITH HEART!!!

Thank you TempWise!! After being laid off I was sure that I was in an uphill battle but within a short time you were on the ball and helped me find a job. Ive been through alot of temp agencies in the past and I must say that your agency worked the hardest to put me back to work and now I have earned a perm job from the assignment. Youre agency and staff are very competent and Lee truly knows the job market and works hard for the job seeker. Im very pleased with TempWises services and will continue to refer my friends to them.

Temp Wise contacted me after seeing my resume and I cant say enough about how great they are! Lee followed up with me and found an employer right away. Lee continued to follow up with the employer, I had an interview a couple days later and within a week, I have a job. Lee and Amanda are very helpful and professional. Other temp agencies didnt even return my call. Temp Wise is the best temp agency Ive ever worked with. You will not be disappointed! I highly encourage anyone looking for employment to give them a call.
