We used Mardi Costa to sell our home in Riverview and she is outstanding. She is now helping us to buy a new home. She was referred to us, but before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Real Living Casa Fina Realty Team stood out as the best Tampa has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Mardi and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Mardi made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should), like give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. In the first open house the buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 18 days after we put it on the market. We accepted the offer and Mardi walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Ive recommended the Mardi Costas to everyone I know. Shes a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell your home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Dont Trust Cinzia Morelli. Moved out of one of her rentals and when she did the inspection she commented on how great the place looked and wished all of renters would leave a townhouse so clean. We had to get the carpet cleaned per rental agreement. She commented on how good of a job the guy did and to give her his contact info. She ended up keeping part of our security deposit since we didnt have the bill from the cleaner. Took forever to get the deposit back and was supposed to change the electricity over to the owners account and didnt and we had to eat that bill. If this is how any other agents treat their customer RUN!

had some A/C issues and called property manager to ask for help. She had her A/C people show up two days later un announced and when they showed up and I wasnt there they walked to the side of the home and maliciously pulled the main fuse! The property manager Lindsey covered for them and condoned this action. On a Later date spoke to a man named Nick who sounded very feminine acted like he was being bothered by the call by me. I will not renew my lease with this group and I sure hope this message gets spread.
