Every couple months or so, my husband and I will be talking and Lances name will come up. He made such an impression on us that we still speak very highly of him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Lance took his time to get to know us and the type of property we were looking for. Our first home purchase was a big step and he was patient and honest with us, every step of the way. He was professional and knowledgable while remaining casual and relaxed. Anyone that gets the chance to work with Lance will be more than pleased.

I tried to purchase land in DADE CITY, the agent said to send a $500 deposit to the title company(Hillsboro Title),so I did about a week later was told there was a problem and I cannot purchase because of problems. They sent the release form months ago. But wont get the seller to release my funds.Very disappointed with this company and service. They are very unprofessional and so is the title company. Be careful sending money to the Title company. They are both unresponsive.

Our best real estate experience by far! Being new to the Tampa area, Lance worked diligently with me and my wife and allowed us to find our dream home. He has a wonderful grasp of the surrounding communities. More importantly, he was able to explain the different types of homes for sale (short sale, foreclosure, etc.) in plain/simple terminology. He will work tirelessly for you and is always attentive to your needs.
