I tried express pro back in Feb while I waited for my cosmetology license to come in. Here itis now April and I am still waiting for my pay check from them. I was told by the employer that they have a sheet we full out at their store which gets sent to express pro. I trust them do I filled out my own luckily I did. I called about it in February they said it was not ready. I got busy with my other job and it slipped my mind. Then in March I called again, had my husband drop off my copy while I was at work. Now in April they said they would send it out that Friday. A week and 2 days later nothing in the mail so I called that Friday. They transferred me around for some guy to tell me its ready I can come pick it up. I waisted my gas and time to drive all the way down there just to be told its expired and it takes 24hrs to cut a new check, and the owner would bring it to my house tomorrow evening (yesterday). I called this morning and now they cant find my check and nobody is in the office so I will have to call on Monday. Im so fed up with this company. I understand people cant find work and need something for the time being I have been there. All Im saying is keep up on them and your money.

I have known the owners (jerry and Melissa) for going on 4 years and they are fantastic people! I referred my sister to them and they were able to find her a job that she has had while in college now for over a year. The trick to this company is that you have to show that you are willing to work and will show up to work! People who are negative about the company, more than likely, didnt show initiative and were unprofessional. They arent going to put someone in for a job that wont represent their company well. Jerry and Melissa have been known to fill in for positions that associates have bailed on and I think that speaks volumes for the value this company places on its clients as well as associates. :)

HORRID, THE OWNER KICKS PEOPLE OUT IF HAVING A BAD DAY Yes I was submitting application and other people there were just sitting in waiting area and he kicked them out for no reason. I call in to submit availability and the owner/ fake recruiter interrupts and insults, bad place to work or even sit in to complete an application while hearing the owner yell at others in a rude manner.

The staff including head of location were rude when I stopped in to apply for a position. They treated me like I was a bother because I am young and dont have much job experience. Wouldnt work for them if they found a job for me (which I dont think they have many of). Heard they lost allot of business due to rudeness of management.
