If I could give this place no stars, I honestly would. When I first applied here, they were great. They found me a position with a place called Advanced Systems (Stay away if you intent to find a temp - perm, place is also very vindictive). I had nothing but issues there, I either wasnt fast enough or couldnt solve issues, the team leaders are jerks/shady/vindictive as well. Dont bother asking for help or opinions because you will just get a dirty look, treated like you are stupid or yelled at. I had a very bad emergency come up with my fiance who IS A DISABLED VETERAN AND CANNOT DRIVE. Where he was in and out of the ER and Docs office. I explained my situation to Advanced and left voice mails for Alliance Workforce (who never called back and claims I never contacted them.) They told me it was fine and said request the time off as needed, so I did. I was being written up without my knowledge for the days I had requested off.They also had said I was "afraid of getting dirty"... Not true. I washed my hands a lot because I would get ink on everything I touched. I worked on Machines as a Junior Maintenance Technician for 5 years and I am into performance cars, I am not afraid to get dirty, Lol. They let me come to work, work the day plus a half hour (which I never got paid for.) told me to have a nice day and that they would "see me tomorrow." I got a phone call the same day at 5:30pm from Alliance saying I had been fired/released from my assignment due to attendance. Moving on, the woman who told me I was let go was very nasty to me. Told me she didnt have time to hear my "excuses" (Seriously... My fiance was at suicide risk, in 10+ level amount of pain and could not drive let alone make it around the house at the time. Im sorry if my "excuse" wasnt good enough for you.) because she had 300 other employees to worry about. I asked her if they could pick up the items I had left at Advanced Systems and she yelled at me for that as well, claiming I never emailed her the list. I have emailed her 4 times and gotten 0 responses. They decided to "give me another chance" because I had missed too much work (all of it was "approved" time off.) It has been a month now since I have heard anything from this company and to be honest Im not interested in working for them again. It;s to the point now where I am going to file a police report for my missing items I had left at this employer.

I went to this location after sending in a response to a CL posting. I didnt realize it was a temp agency. I got in, had to fill out a contract, and then had to meet with someone other than who I was scheduled with. They did not know anything about me, despite having had my resume on file. I told them my experience and that was all. They asked my minimum pay requirements, which was really low anyway. I told them my schedule, because I am a student that has rather open availability. Every Monday, I call to let them know I am still looking. My recruiter is never in to answer the call so someone else takes my information down and asks what Im looking for. They should have this information in the computer already. I received one call the first week. It was a part time job that was only 20 hours a week, when I flat out told them I wanted full time and it did not work with my availability. It has been almost two weeks and I have not received another call for an offer and I can never get a hold of them. What a waste. I likely will not waste my time calling them Monday to say Im still looking since they obviously do not care about placing anyone.

From the very beginning I was contacted by the Alliance workforce by a young man named Emmanuel Fleming. He was so informative about different jobs that were being offered and how I could potentially get a great job with my expertise and it happened to work out because I did meet all the credential requirements. Emmanuel helped me through every step of the process and I am so thankful for all his assistance. I have already recommended the Alliance and have quite a few of Emmanuels cards so that I can offer them to the many people I know who are are looking for great jobs that may follow up into lifetime careers. I am sincerely grateful and will continue to show support for him as he has shown me. I plan to make him and the Alliance workforce proud of me and my work ethic and also those I recommend. Having to move recently from one state to another is so difficult especially to find a job. While searching online I came across this site Alliance Workforce so I decided to give it a try after hearing so many things about Florida and their Job Agencies i was a bit worried. So I just went with by going directly to the office there I was introduced to Emmanuel who took me in real quick and spoke to me about an offer he had just encountered (it wasnt for me though) and I wasnt worried at all he literally hit a home run by calling me back the very next day! Im very excited to say I now have a good job and waiting to become permanent for the company. Thank you Alliance!!!*****

I love love love this place! I literally came in 06/20/2017 had the interview with Emmanuel. He called me the next day saying that I had an interview at 06/21/2017 2:30pm with a company. Then he called me back saying that I got the job and I start tomorrow which is 06/22/2017. Emmaneul goes out his way to make sure everything is in order. He went above and beyone for me and I really appreciate his hard work and effort. Thank you Alliance WorkForce amd most importantly thank you Emmanuel for believing in me. Definatley would recommend to someone else.

It has been nothing but such a positive and rewarding experience on my job placement journey through alliance! The staff is very helpful, but I definitely owe all the credit to Emmanuel. He has been outstanding with assisting me with finding the right job to fit my needs. Emmanuel was very persistent, and made it his duty to guarantee me placement. I have worked for several staffing agencies in the past, and I have never had a more dedicated staffing specialist. I will be starting a job tomorrow thanks to this great guy!

Honestly, from the beginning i felt as if i had a strong connection when i walked into the door. The best experience ive had while applying for a job great service i love the employers well manners and respectable, i would recommend anyone to Alliance Workforce Solutions. If you are looking for a fresh start to get on your feet i guarantee 100% satisfaction. Compared to the other jobs ive applied for and actually went through with the interview i would rate Alliance Workforce Solutions at the top of my list..

THEY ARE FAMILY AND WOULD NOT RATHER BE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! AT ALLIANCE WORKFORCE!!!
