From the moment I called Express Professionals I knew that this company knew what they were doing and were the people who would have the kind of opportunity I was looking for. I interviewed with Shawn Batton who talked to me about the types of companies he worked with and the opportunities he felt I would find interesting and be a good match for. Shawn made it easy for me to talk about myself and my long employment history and responsibilities with my previous employer. By the time I left the office I knew I would be working with experienced staffing professionals. Within a week Shawn called me to discuss possible opportunities. Within three weeks I had an interview and temp to perm offer with a national company. I could not have been happier with everyone I worked with in Shawns office. Everyone is very helpful and professional, they always treat me like a valuable asset and I will miss our weekly checkins now that I have been hired full time. I know that you can trust the people in this office to find you good solid employment opportunities that you will be happy with.

With all Honesty, I have yet to understand, those of you there who have a job, how you can keep it with as little consideration you give those who dont. I have been searching for a Job for the past 7 months. I have been to your office filled out the necessary paperwork. I had one interview, and 3 months or so later one, another one to consider. I have had to pull teeth to get a response from (SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) Shawn, which I finally just gave up on. I responded to the offer and never heard another word from him. To me that shows he is not very concerned about others getting a job. Why would I want to work for someone who doesnt care even before I am hired? I can imagine what it would be like if I was on your payroll. I feel he is there for a paycheck only. I am only talking about how I was treated by him. I would hope that the others have more consideration for others. Please remove me from any further suggested opportunities I am not interested in a company who doesn’t respond in a timely manner, shows lack of coordination. Thank You Pamela May

I started with Express Pros Staffing Agency in 2014. I have been working with them and work as a temp or fill in for many different companies. I was interviewed, took the placement test and have worked with Shawn, Crystal, Coryn and Lauren. The receptionist Raina has taken countless incoming calls from many of us- but as busy as she is- has the pleasantries of being a great receptionist for their agency. Never negative- when her position is crazy busy. I continually do my part by calling in every Monday AM to say " I am available" even though my resume is limited and they can only do so much and they have placed me in suitable positions when available. I feel so lucky because I have been with other agencies- do the drill- take all their tests- and they promise you the world----but NOTHING HAPPENS-----NOT with Express Pros... I feel Blessed to have them and to have a dedicated staff who helps me whenever a position becomes available. Kathy Falco

Shawn & the Clearwater Express Pros are incredible. At almost… 50yrs old, my lifelong career took a downwards slope. Didn’t know where to begin. Did the typical networking, applied directly to jobsites, walked into places of business in person, so on and so forth with no success. After a few months I came across Express Pros Clearwater and Shawn. It changed everything! After meeting in Clearwater w/Shawn… within the first week, I had my first interview that very same week. Shawn worked with me and continues to keep in touch. I am happily employed with a very professional and friendly company, all thanks to Shawn at Clearwater Express Pros. It is very difficult to start over at nearly 50 years of age but thanks to Shawn, he assured me we would find the right fit and we did… Thank you Clearwater Express Pros and thank you so much Shawn, you are truly appreciated. It feels great to be back in the workforce earning a living!

I cant vouch for anyone elses experiences but mine was very favorable. I interviewed with Coryn at Express in February. Came in and took the usual assessment tests and passed with flying colors. An interview was set the first Friday of February and the interviewer hired me that same day. Began work the following Monday. I had been working at my assignment through Express for the better part of a year, and was recently taken on as a permanent employee at the location I was assigned. Could not have asked for a better experience. Not to mentioned Coryn confirmed and reconfirmed my negotiated pay rate which was greatly appreciated. With the proper work experience and skills I dont see how anyone would have an issue working with Express. In fact, I will be referring their services to other job searchers, namely close family and friends.

I was reading the previous reviews and I noticed a pattern. People are making contact with Express, then suddenly are just dropped, out of nowhere, or theres a miscommunication. Not only is it inconsiderate, but youre losing potential business. For example, at first I was really happy with the company; they secured me with a job that I liked (in the beginning), however, after about a year and a half I left. Ive contacted two different people at Express about four, maybe five times since then, and initially, I did hear back, once. But after that, Ive heard absolutely nothing from anyone. Why does this keep happening? Do we have to reapply or something? Are we just getting lost in the system? Either way, you need to look into why this continues to happen, since youre certainly upsetting and losing people. Thanks.

I have been in touch with Express in April 2017 and within twenty four hours I started to receive the communication, rest is a history. My first appointment with their professional and polite staff was extremely productive. Very next day I receive a call about a possible temp to permanent position without further hesitation I decided to take a plunge. Express has healthy portfolio of clients and my interview went well. Matter of few emails after the interview I was offered the position. Crystal at Express in Clearwater branch made sure that I get all the information I needed and whole process was professionally seamless. I would recommend anyone looking for a good start to their career, at least pay a visit to their beautiful office for initial chat. Thank you Express, keep up the great work.

Three years ago I went to Express, desperate for a job. The day after my interview, they had a full time temp to hire position available for me, which was perfect for me and exactly what I needed. I stayed with the company for three years, but decided at the end of last year it was no longer the right fit for me. I contacted Coryn who advised me new jobs would be available in the new year. Shawn contacted me in early January with an excellent opportunity I couldnt turn down. Everyone at Express works so hard to make sure you are placed in a job you love. If you are unhappy, let them know and they put their energy into finding you something you will love. If I ever decide to leave my new company (which I cant imagine at the moment) Express will be the first place I go to for assistance.
