I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. My child acted out here probably because he felt unwelcomed, unsafe and under stimulated. He is back at his old daycare again and has had zero problems. (There were no more openings before) There were several times that there needed to be more teachers. My child came home with a bruise mark on his arm that is obviously a direct result of someone holding his arm wayyyyy too tight. He does NOT bruise easily. He came home two days later with a similar one but they stated he "fell on a toy." He fell and hurt himself on the playground and has huge scrapes by his mouth. When we were there to pick him up, we heard him scream from the outside and noticed none of the teachers even bothered to stop their conversation to see what happened, let alone see if he was okay. I also told them one day my mother, who they never met, was to pick up my son. They pretty much just handed him to her, no ID, no double checking. Nothing. They are so rude there and unprofessional. There is so much more, that just scrapes the surface. The director raves about how she has been doing this for 35 years and paints a good picture to get you in the door but as soon as the money is handed over its like theyre doing you a favor to watch your kid. As if youre not spending your hard earned money with them. Please listen to the negative reviews and do not send your child here! I also noticed how a little girl reached over the front gate in the front and opened the door for me. If she can do it, mine who is a tad younger could also do it. They do not lock the front door so that means anybodys child could be out the door and in the middle of Singleton in a matter of seconds. Yeah, no thank you. Look else where. Dont even let this be a last resort.

My son attended this day care for two days and he was scared to go back his teacher put her hands on my son and there completely rude they leave the kids unsupervised during nap time. Please dont trust these people with ur kids they are good at painting a nice picture for your kids to attend. Please listen to your kids when they complain about the teachers. To many kids being abused cause there parents ignore the signs.

Absolutely the best childcare center Ive ever taken my children to. Im a single father of 3. They help me out more then words could explain. I would never send them anywhere else. My kids love going there and have so much fun. Its just, hands down, a great daycare.

The workers are very rude. When calling to ask questions about the center the "manager" was very short and curt with me. I would NEVER send my children to this place.
