I toured the sharon lakes location back in January and decided not to write a review from my visit due to every parents standards regarding childcare is not the same. However since the visit in January i have received several butt dials with TOTAL chaos in the background. Upon my visit around 6pm i was able to walk directly through the unsecured unlocked unsupervised front door right back to the area where kids were kept where i stood for a few before being noticed by the owner and director who btw was nice however that was a RED FLAG! The area for the 1 year olds and newborns were right next to each other in an open area the only class with an actual room was for the 2 or 3 year olds. To me this space is not enough room for teachers to actively educate kids without interrupting each other. But to each is own. Now to the random phone calls 1 in particular someone was being yelled at for not completing sign in sheets. I called back only to be told no one called as usual... I gave 2 stars because the director was nice

Ive been meaning to leave a review for a while. Absolutely do not recommend they do not watch the kids. Ive picked my child up on a few occasions with some kind of mark or knot and nobody even knew that it happened let alone tell me what had happened. Teachers give you attitudes and will call you at 10pm when its the night shift and tell you "you need to come get your child" even though according to the hours on the door they are open until 12. Its a sick feeling to pick up your child with a huge knot on their head and you know they went untreated and were not consoled when it happened and arent given any type of explanation.

Mrs. Chris is absolutely disrespectful. My son was there less than two weeks. I work with children for a living and I would never treat a parent in the manner that she treated me. It is such a long story as to what transpired in the two weeks that my son was there, but please take my word on it. She was very rude, judgmental, and down right insulted me as a parent.
