My daughter goes to this daycare for almost a year, her and me are very happy with this daycare, they are taking good care of my 4 year old, owner is the nicest person I ever met, kind and caring, her assistant is very responsible and friendly. They learn letters, numbers, Spanish, other Interesting stuff, like galaxy. So sad we have to leave this daycare as my daughter is about to turn 5 and start kindergarten. Im planning on taking her there for after school program. Dont pay attention at the comment Robert Ceasar left here, hes upset the owner didnt give him information he needed, wanted to pick up our daughter without letting me know, called police on them, but even police couldnt help him get information he needed. He needs to be more respectful to the people who taught our daughter so many stuff, like she knows how to write a lot of words, she knows now a lot of Spanish words, sign language, etc. They even take kids to the water park once a week, so enjoyable.

This day care is incredibly unprofessional. The director/owner is extremely rude. She refused to contact the person who picked up my child or release the contact information. After I got the police involved, the little bit of professionalism she exhibited beforehand completely diminished. Her exact words "pride and joy day care is not involved in this situation" even though she is the one who released my child to this unknown person and I was unable to contact her mother to find her whereabouts or who the person was. If zero stars where possible thats what they would receive. Remember you get what you pay for. Hopefully the state holds them accountable when I file my grievance.

Pride and joy daycare, afterschool care, and summer camp is great! I am a native of charlotte, and I can say that this daycare exhibits a place of caring and nurturing that I was unable to find through out the inner charlotte community.

My granddaughter attends Pride and Joy. We have been blessed by her being here. It is so awesome that she is in a day care that not only teaches , but also prays for and over the children.
