This review is more about our wonderful Real Estate agent within the offices of Alex Mac William, Karen Smith! After 2 years of working closely with Karen from across the United States (California), we finally found the perfect home. We would not have been able to accomplish this without Karen Smiths hard word, diligence, dedication, attention to the details of the home we were searching for. She listened, probably walked through a dozen or more homes in Vero Beach on our behalf, emailed us her own photos from within the homes, describing in detail any flaws or defects, thereby saving us the time it would have taken to fly 5 hours from California to preview the properties. When a home of interest hit the market, Karen would contact us. We finally found THE home we had waited for. Karen Smith, thank you for helping us achieve this lifestyle change in our retirement. Charlotte Terry and Barbara Parent were wonderful and provided superb, personalized service. When my mother passed away, I listed her home with Charlotte. She and Barbara aggressively marketed the property, stayed in touch with my siblings and me, responded promptly to all of our questions and always offered thoughtful, helpful suggestions. The home sold quickly. Charlotte was remarkable. When I could not get away from work, she met the movers at the home and made sure that the furniture was sent to the designated recipients.
