I am now renting from Coldwell banker in a area i taught looks fair & descent enough but unfortunately me & my spouse being black we are not at all getting a fair treatment, they find everything & anything possible to get at us on. We got notes in our mailbox thats hand delivery, in all actuality we couldve braught them up on federal charges but didnt. Yet still we get the worse treatments. Someone keeps adding all kind of "great" comments about them without using any names because its the workers / realtor themselves doing so. We are leasing a house that since we moved in got ac & hot water problems, door bell dry rotten, & everytime we call them about repairs they pass us the bills as if the house isnt theirs. We take good care of our surroundings but because of us being "different" or from what one of them say "diverse" we dont get the same treatments. After all is said & done God knows best!!!. This is America. Still 6 weeks later & my lawn isnt mowed, all of a sudden they change it that we have to mow the lawn. They told us its including the lawn care into the $1,250 rent we pay monthly for over 2 years.
