This is a nice gym with all the equipment most people would want, with a friendly atmosphere. They have free weights, Nautilus-type machines, Hammer machines, treadmills, bikes, etc., plus an exercise room with plenty of space for doing aerobics, stretching, yoga, etc. The gym is smaller but also less expensive than the chain gyms, and no long-term contracts or high-pressure tactics to get you to join or hassles if you move out of the area or the like. They have extended hours on weekdays and are also open weekends, plus a room to drop off the kids if necessary.

This is a great facility for all ages. Whether you are looking to loose weight, tone up or just get daily recommended exercise. This is a great facility with all the equipment and training you need with a family feel. Parents have the same opportunities, with a new child care service and hang out room, you too can achieve your goals by bringing them with you. You get a great workout with personal training and a family feel from owners who care just as much about your goals as you do. Plus , there isnt any pressure for contracts, which is a great bonus.

I have been to many gyms over the years and Total Fitness is hands down the best for First timers or seasoned pros.Total Fitness has everyting you need that big gyms have but with a family feel and no expensive monthly dues!
