Russ Noyes Roofing just completed the reroof of our home and were thrilled with the results. The job was started and completed as promised and it looks great! The crew was very professional and took care to leave the job site clean and free of nails and other debris throughout the job. Russ provided us with a complete analysis of our roof and gave us an honest appraisal of the condition and made some recommendations. He observed our roof was not properly ventilated and suggested adding additional vents. After the job was complete, our daughter noticed that her bedroom was significantly cooler with the additional vents. Her room has always been several degrees warmer than the rest of the house and no one could tell us why or how to fix it until Russ! Thanks again for a fantastic job!

I had a tree fall down on my building and I wanted to have a roofing company fix it immediately. They said they would be out the same day. They never came and now I have a hole in my roof and I hope it doesnt rain. I told a bunch of other companies that tried to get our business that we were in good hands. Noys was the company that put this roof on. I assume they thought I was trying to get it done under warranty and lost interest. This is an insurance claim. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but they lost significant amount of money. The Receptionist that answers the phones seems to care less. Very unhappy considering we tried to give them our business again.

Wonderful company - excellent customer service, timely responses, and stellar roofing work as well. Russ personally takes pride in his company and came to do the estimate himself. He was honest, thorough, and professional. He and his office followed up throughout the process and he even stopped by when the work was complete to drop off a stuffed Rhino he had promised for my son. Strongly recommend!

Our ceiling inside feel down! We k new we needed a new roof...I got his name from a friend...he came right out and gave me a quote to re-roof our home. A week later, his team who were very professional, came out and did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy. His company also offered financing through Wells Fargo Home Improvement at a great rate too!
