Finding a roofing company one can trust may be quite the challenge. I had a lot of storm chasers come to my house or leave notes saying they saw damage. After research and talking to Performance Roofing I had them inspect my roof. Paul came out timely and did a thorough inspection. What I found best was that he gave a true and honest evaluation of my roof, and in my case told me even though my roof had some sun blisters it was not in a need to be replaced. This honesty is what I valued the most. Knowing I can trust them and that they are not simply looking to up sell you or scam you is what will earn my business in some years when my roof need replacement.

I had my roof completed with this company and the quality of their work has been outstanding. The team of roofers were so tidy and respectful of my plants etc and when they finished the roof they went around my yard with a magnet lifting any nails or metal which i appreciated as i have a Labrador. I am a Realtor within The Great Outdoors in Titusville and would be more than happy to recommend Performance Roofing to any of my clients and neighbors. Great communication, Great Work and a Great customer service company.

Performance Roofing installed a new roof for us recently and we were quite pleased with everything! Initially, Gary helped us choose the roofing material and colors. When construction started, the crew was polite and hardworking. They showed up exactly when they said they would, finished the job according to schedule, and left the premises spotless. We couldn’t even tell any construction had taken place, with the exception of our beautiful new roof! We definitely recommend Performance Roofing.

Sadly I must correct my first review. I paid them 8500 dollars for 2.5 days of work which was very expensive but worth it if the job was done well. It was raining therefore I waited until it was dry to inspect the roof. Upon Inspectipn they missed many repairs and now they missed an appointment and I have been unable to get any response. Hopefully this story is to be continued

I want to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to performance roofing. I called so many roofing companies to assess my roof pre-hurricane and they took the time out of their busy schedule to come out and get on my roof to make sure it was ok. They are very friendly and have great customer service. If you need a roofer in the Orlando area I highly recommend them!

Performance handled a roof repair efficiently and professionally. The office staff was friendly and responded quickly to emails and calls (Amanda and Page). Photos of the repair were provided which was very helpful. The guys doing the work were quick, thorough, cleaned up and were nice. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for the great service!
