I originally contact Doug regarding a commercial roofing project. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and truly felt like he was looking out for our best interest. Because of this I decided to use him on my personal residence. Doug was extremely helpful and personable. He gave us a great price and he was very forthcoming on exactly what we were paying for. The job was done on time, on budget, and very high quality. I have had several bad experiences with other roofers throughout the years when disasters have hit. Now that I have done business with Doug, I will go to him first for any other roofing needs and other general contracting issues I have. I also wouldnt think twice about recommending him to my friends and family. It is not easy to find such a good natured, personable contractor this day and age. Doug certainly fit the bill for me.

I was really happy when they answer my phone, I just bought a house and found there is a leak, try to call lots of roofer but no one answer, and some answer with no time for the whole month already. and this company answer my phone and said they could be here either the Monday or Tuesday during labor day week, I was really happy and thank god for that. but I wait until Thursday still no one shows up, tried to call them again and ask what happen, but never got people answer or call back. I am very disappointed. I read all the good reviews they had before, it feel double disappointed.

Very thorough from estimate through completion; workmanship and detail were extraordinary. From the three estimates I received, Doug Olivers roofing estimate was not the lowest nor the most expensive, they were in the middle.They were there to answer all my questions and returned any phone calls immediately.The workers showed up on time both days and had shirts identifying the the company. My new roof looks GREAT and the clean-up after the job including around the outside of the house was complete and more than satisfactory. GREAT JOB!! I highly recommend this company!

Terrific experience from start to finish!! When shopping for a new roof I called 6 vendors and got 5 total quotes. The quotes were all over the board on price and materials, but I felt that Doug Oliver roofing gave the most comprehensive proposal and also took the extra time to explain the process and what I could expect. The quote came in on point, the work was completed in the time promised, and the cleanup and professionalism of the crew was second to none.
