This company did a roofing job for the owners that I bought the house from. I experienced leaking the first week I was in the house. After numerous phone calls to them, I was finally able to get someone out. They sent someone that spoke almost no English. The man was not able to relay anything about the roof situation. The only thing he was able to relay was that someone would call me. I waited two days and I never heard from anyone. I called multiple times and finally got someone. The receptionist told me she needed the owner to give a quote. I never heard from them again. My dad was actually able to fix it. Now Im writing this review because it is now the second time Ive stepped on a roof nail in my yard and Im still picking up broken roofing tiles. This is the first time this roof has been replaced in about 18 years so Im positive it was Sky Light Roofing. I had to get a tetanus shot and now I fear for my dogs being in my yard. Im utterly disgusted with their lack of professionalism and communication.

I was having problems with leaks on my roof and after contacting several local roofing companies and hearing about their concerns of having to replace the entire roof and their literally "over-the-roof prices", I decided to contact SkyLight Roofing. SkyLight roofing is ran and operated by the owner Juan. His attention to detail, knowledge, experience, and remarkable concern for saving the client as much money as possible without jeopardizing the quality of the job, quickly set my worries at ease. This is the benefit of working with a family-owned local business, their utmost attention and dedication to the clients needs. I truly recommend working with Juan at Skylight Roofing. Not only will you get a job flawlessly done, but you will also receive excellent service and a timely repair for a fraction of the cost! Deals "too good to be true" are hard to come by, but when your roof needs repair SkyLight Roofing is the company to call!

I knew that I needed a full roof replacement after purchasing my home, so I first went about getting as many quotes as I could from local roofing companies. Though the majority of the quotes were in the same ballpark, Sky Light Roofings price was the most competitive and their ability to work within a tight time frame really put them over the top. The owner, Juan, was very accommodating and explained to me clearly what I needed to have done and the most cost effective way of going about it. On the day of the job, the workers were very polite and diligently worked until the roof was complete. In fact, they were able to finish the job in one day even though they had originally estimated it would take two. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. In terms of price, timing, and the ability to effectively communicate with me throughout the entire process, they were extremely easy to work with.

I needed advice addressing a leaky roof problem so I called Sky Light Roofing. I thought I was going to need a new roof costing me thousands of dollars. After speaking with both Juan and Lewis I discovered I would NOT need a new roof but rather could get away with making a much cheaper repair. I was really surprised to receive this news from these guys. They promptly took the time to consider and assess the true nature of my problem and were able to repair the damaged area and not replace the entire roof, literally saving me thousands. They told me I could get away with replacing the roof in another 7-10 years. Nice work guys!! It was so refreshing to work with a company that concerned themselves with helping me fix my problem and not just get into my pocketbook. Ill definitely be using these guys when the time comes to replace that roof and will not hesitate to refer this company to anyone that needs work done.

We had a new roof put on our house about a month ago. We chose Sky ligth roofing because of their rating on BBB. Everyone I dealt with was amazing! Communication was great and everything went exactly as they said it would...no "surprises!" I always have some anxiety when its time for a big project and this was no different. Juan came out, talked to me about the process, and gave me the estimate. Juan was the best! We talked like we had been friends for years! He definitely made me feel better about what was about to take place. Melissa was my "go to" in the office! She was always so sweet and had an answer to anything I asked. Juan was our project manager. He went above and beyond! Awesome guy! I couldnt have asked for a better group of people to deal with! This was by far the best experience I have had with any home project!

I contacted this company regarding a leak in my roof. I noted that a roofing specialist would be out on 6/28/17 between 3 and 4 PM. I left work early, and no one showed up. I called and was told my appointment was actually on 6/29/17. I thought maybe I wrote down the incorrect date. So, I left work early again on the 29th, and no one showed up again. I called the company at 4:15 and was told the owner would be giving me a call. Thirty minutes later, no one had called or showed up. I called back again and was again told the owner would be giving me a call. And of course, I never heard from anyone. Undependable and a complete waste of my time.

We recently had our roof replaced due to storm damage. The estimator, was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that were needed in detail. The project manager, Juan, and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Juan kept us informed about the details of the work every step of the way. He was professional, courteous and very thorough in making sure every aspect of the job was done correctly. Juan and his crew did excellent work and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. Skyligth roofing will always be our first call if we need any roofing work done in the future.

Juan was extremely helpful in getting my roof replaced. I had a leak, and he had come out for a cost estimate for the leak, but I already knew I needed the shingles replaced on my rental home. He worked with me, the rental company, and HOA to get the approvals and get the job done. the work started in a few days after the permits were approved, and the job was done in one day, and looks great. I couldnt ask for better service. Definitely recommend working with Sky Light Roofing.
