Worst experience ever! Extremely unprofessional! Poor communication skills! It took three months to get five windows installed after the contract was signed, and that was only after I threatened to cancel the order. Granted, I did not have to pay anything upfront, but then getting an itemized bill took over a month after multiple emails and phone calls. When they finally sent the itemized bill, they sent at threat to put a lien on my property. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Prompt initial consultation, competitive and fair pricing, immediately suggested repurposing the window frame when two other companies insisted the entire thing (including frame) had to be replaced. It did take a little extra time to get the glass in (custom order due to sizing, plus double insulated window), but it wasnt a through and through hole so totally worth the wait to get it right. The installation team did a great job and the window glass is perfect. Very satisfied customer!

They have replaced the roofs on many pieces of property for me. Their prices are fair and the quality is exceptional. Even though I absolutely trust these guys on quality and price, I have occasionally gotten other quotes over the years and always gone back with KL Smith as the other prices were higher or so close it wasnt worth taking a chance. On a few properties, they were able to provide a low cost fix when others were recommending total replacement.

Ryan Smith and his crew have now completed both my Grandmother and my personal home, I felt compelled to thank him and his guys publicly about the job they did. My Grandma can get a little feisty at times, so to see her with water and snacks for the guys was a great sign on how she felt. We couldnt believe the job was done as fast as it was, shingles removed and new ones installed in a single day was unbelievable. See yall in 30+ years!!!

I had a rental property with a leaky roof that another roofer told me needed to be replaced. Ryan patched it instead and saved me a lot of money. On my home where I have a barrel tile roof we had a few leaks. The crew spent two full days and finished the day before an extremely heavy all day rain. No leaks!
