Horrible experience, no one on my job could understand me (no one speaks English) so I could tell them all the problems (holes, nails horrible sloppy job), nails & debris everywhere & in my ac condenser, 2 weeks later, still working on my roof. I arrived one afternoon and one of the roofers was getting ready to shingle, and I had to stop him because there was a huge hole in the decking that joins the "valley". He said he was not going to fix it, and he would put shingle The supervisor finally came back on the job and made the crew fix it - but my point is that if I had not accidentally noticed it, it would have been secretly covered over by an out of state (Illinois) crew that did not care about my job. The reviews must be fake or paid for, I do not believe that I am the only person that paid too much and went through this hell. Kevin made a great presentation - I thought I was getting a great professional company - I had lower estimates, but I signed with Fidus because they promised quality and professionalism - NOT! I do not recommend. You will pay too much, and the work is sloppy. They are still working on fixing the mistakes! What a mess, two weeks later. I will also post pictures of this nightmare so you believe what I am saying.

James Suplee of the Fidus group exemplifies the kind of customer service you would want from a Roofer/General contractor. I own an insurance company in St. Augustine and we would not hesitate to recommend The Fidus Group for anything from a roof repair to a full roof replacement or new roof construction. Jamess attention to the details is what separates him from many people who do less than top-notch work. The thing I like best about The Fidus Group is they are always willing to give you an estimate and show what they will do, how much it costs, explain their warranty & service, before you make that important decision. After the copious amounts of rain weve had, my moms roof had sprung a leak. The Fidus Group came out and did the repairs in jig time. While he was up there the rep took a look around at the potential trouble spots that he said tend to crop up on multi-level roofs, but didnt find any. Thats right. A contractor who did the agreed upon work, was responsible enough to check to see if anything else was needed and reported honestly when there wasnt. Almost enough to restore ones faith in mankind.

Fidus Group is the most professional roofer in the area. They have some of the most spectacular and up to date roofing options with AMAZING warranties. They know so much more about your home in general than just your roof which helps in the products they offer. I dont know of a company that is more professional, upfront and honest as the Fidus Group. The owner James Supplee will only recommend what you need with no gimmicks or trendy sales techniques. You will not be disappointed.

So many roofing contractors seem to "come and go" but FIDUS has been a part of St Johns County for years. They survived the collapse of the housing market here in 2009 and are stronger than ever. Kathi April 18, 2012 Professional Service, Owner James Suplee personally came to my home to inspect the roof and deliver the report needed by my insurance company to save me money on my home owners insurance. I was impressed that he plays such an active role and that he inspects the workmanship himself. I have met with his staff and they are completely knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and customer service is tops at this company

If your looking for a roofing or remodeling company, this is the company to go with. I have had lots of work done by them. I know I can trust that the work is done correctly. All of the employees are professional and knowledgeable. I would suggest James Suplee and The Fidus Group to anyone in need of any home improvements.

Would highly recommend The Fidus Group. They installed roof ladders at both the Jacksonville and Orlando Blue Bell branches and did an outstanding job. The crew was courteous and professional. I am going to have to get a new roof soon, and after my experience with The Fidus Group, would not hire anyone else to do it.

James Suplee and the Fidus Group have the best Warranties in the business. No other roofers can say that they have a 50 year warranty no matter what happens to them as a business. Their company actually returns phone calls and shows up to appointments when they say that they will.

Ive seen much work by Fidus Roofing and Construction. I know the owner, he is very honest and has excellent products. When its time for my roof to worked on, which is not quite yet, Fidus Roofing and Construction is the only company I will call to touch my roof.
