The only thing that is good about this company is they can put a roof on your house. If you are expecting good customer service or good coordination or follow-through, look for another company. They promised the roof construction would begin on a Friday. The dumpster was delivered on Thursday evening as expected. They couldnt get the permits on Friday so they scrapped starting and rescheduled for Monday (they day before a holiday) even though I suggested waiting until Wednesday. The dumpster company pulled the dumpster on Monday morning, breaking and scratching our concrete driveway, even though they were starting construction. It took US to notify the company that there was no dumpster, the crew started throwing stuff all over the yard until the new dumpster arrived (which further damaged our driveway). The roof was finished in a day, as promised. After the crew left, my husband walked around the house and found many nails and a broken beer bottle in the neighbors yard. We informed the company and they said they would be out Wednesday to clean up, they werent. We have dogs so this could have meant vet bills. We were promised that our satellite television would be back by Monday; nope, not until late Wednesday evening. My husband reported all of this to the company and we were promised a gift card for our troubles and that he would look over the driveway and see if there was anything they could do; well, I am still waiting for either to happen.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. They approached my husband about a year ago while surveying a neighbors roof and advised that there was hail damage in the area. So, my husband arranged an appointment. I was skeptical and told the salesman from the get go; however, my husband was sold. After their "inspection", I got on the phone with someone from their company and my insurance claim rep. He advised the rep of the hail damage seen "10x10" areas of damage and said he would send supporting docs with photos. A week later, the insurance adjuster calls me to state that North Florida never completed an inspection and didnt have any supporting documentation. Confused, I reached out to their front operations who checked and didnt understand what was going on either. Our adjuster sent an inspector out who came back to state there was no hail damage. They had the gall to call 2 months later to try to sell us a new roof with a "discount" from the city. Really?

When we first spoke with a North Florida Roofing representative; Pat - we were very nervous regarding this large purchase/investment to our home. But he quickly put our concerns at ease. he KNEW what he was talking about - then from there everything anyone associated with NFR said would happened did and on time. As important to me as the quality of the roof and the work - which was and is excellent - is the customer service. Phone calls were not only returned but initiated. We were advised along each step of the way so there was never another opportunity to be anxious. That to me is what sets NFR apart from other roofers. They completed a great construction job - and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I would recommend them to not just my friends but family and strangers - and already have!

Fair pricing, but we had issues with them coming out and doing the job in a timely manner. The sales guy promised the roof could be done in two weeks, but that turned into a month or two weeks late. The booking person misplaced our roof permit that we sent in to them from our home owners association, which was one of the reasons for the delay. Then, I called the sales person to change the roofing date, which he agreed to change. Someone from the office called later that same day and scheduled it back to the day we did not want them here. It became a very stressful situation! Overall, the roof looks nice but the companys office workers are less than competent and not really concerned about customer satisfaction.

I write this letter in recommendation North Florida Roofing. I had the pleasure of working with Brad Becker and Mark Fries on the new roof of our Building 100. I can recommend North Florida Roofing highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the new roof all employees were professional and handle our job with care and precision along with wearing all safety equipment to do the job safely. In addition, when the job was complete they did a extremely great job of cleaning up the worksite. In short you can rely on their performance as well as an exceptional quality and accuracy.

What a fabulous group to work with, from the very beginning. Each and every person that Ive dealt with was polite, courteous, and professional. This group made something that I, quite honestly, was not looking forward to having to deal with, into a virtually seamless process. Im most amazed with the installation crew, I have a fairly large roof (approx 31 squares), with a high pitch, and these guys showed up at 7:30 am and were finished by 6pm, and Im talking start to finish...Im still shaking my head in amazement! Thank again North Florida Roofing for doing a beautiful job!!

North Florida Roofing installed a new Owens Corning architectural shingles roof for me. They actually installed the roof EARLIER than they originally promised me!!! They stood by their initial quote and actually replaced rotten wood on the fascia too!!! I recommended North Florida Roofing to my dad (he used them) and to several of my customers. Very pleased. North Florida Roofing provided me with a great roofing experience from start to finish!! My roof looks excellent, there was a slight issue with my sky lights after the install and they sent a team out immediately to fix it. I was guaranteed the entire way through that i would be satisfied and i certainly was! I would certainly recommend them if youre looking for a reliable and honest company to do business with.

Everyone I interacted with at North Florida Roofing was pleasant and accommodating. The roofing crew worked steadily for 12 1/2 hours with a short break for lunch and to my surprise completed my roof and cleanup in one day. They returned the following day to double check for nails around my property and the trailer full of trash from the old roof was removed promptly. I would recommend them.

Same exact thing as Renee said. Been almost 2 months since the to tornado hit the neighborhood and my cousins house is one of the only ones not fixed. Very hard to get in Touch with, will not answer phones. We are looking into an attorney because they are trying to hold them to a contract that they havent even started to follow themselves. Neighbors have already had roofs done.

Not impressed. Work was scheduled for this morning at "10:00ish." They no showed. I called the sales consultant to find out if they are still coming but he didnt return my call. I called the main number and was told theyd contact the sales consultant to find out whats going on. I havent heard back. Its now 3:25. I waited around all day for nothing.

I would recommend this company more than before. The company got sold and even though the new owner didn’t have any kind of responsibility paying me for referral, he paid me mine.  The result of my moms roof was also great.  The staff was very nice and they apologized because the previous owner didn’t care about anything.
