Unreliable with no care for their customers or their customers time. I needed a re-roof that was covered by insurance and decide to use Gold Key roofing because they were the company that came with the insurance adjuster and their representative, Jeff, seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. However, as time went on I found that I had gotten the wrong impression. I spoke with Jeff and told him that I would like to use them for the roof and asked if we could make an appointment to get a contract drafted and go over colors ect. Jeff told me that a girl in the office who deals with insurance cases had my file and would call me the following day. 2 days and the weekend went by with no response from Gold Key. I called the following Monday and was told that Jeff would call me back to make an appointment, he never did. I called Jeff again after 2 days of no response and he set an appointment to come by at 8 am on a Thursday. Well, Thursday came and went with Jeff being a no show and without a call explaining why he missed our appointment. The following Monday I spoke with Jeff again and he said that the appointment was supposed to be met by his brother and he would have to call the office "to see what the hell was going on" and told me he would call me back by the end if the day. That was nearly a week ago, with you guessed it, NO RESPONSE! I am not sure why Jeff and Gold Key are acting in such an unprofessional manor. The cost of the roof was guaranteed to be paid in full upon completion and Jeff had the paperwork regarding all the details from my insurance company. Missed appointments without a call, numerous promises of returned phone calls that never happened and no follow up to date. So here I am again still in need of a roof and I have to have another roofer come out. Hopefully the next roofer will act like he cares about potential clients.

Gold Key Roofing did an amazing job with my roof re-shingle. After all the shingles were removed from the roof, they took pictures of the boards underneath and shared the photos with me at the end of the project. Surprisingly, I did not require a single replacement board, so the quoted price was the final price that I payed. Gold Key roofing not only was professional about all the work that they did, but they were also very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. In fact, out of the 8 or so calls I made to Gold Key throughout the process, the phone was always answered within the first few rings, and never went to voicemail. The post-installation inspection was a breeze as well and the job was completed in the time frame that they estimated for me (2-days). Lastly, I had a small issue with some of the old roofing material damaging a board in a fence I shared with a neighbor; and with just an email to Gold Key roofing, they came by the house within 24 hours to completely replace the damaged fence board (and adjacent board) with two brand new ones. I would definitely recommend Gold Key Roofing for anyone looking for a roof re-shingle or roof-repair.

This is not how I expected a roofing company to be, on time, on budget and very professional. I called several companies off the internet for roofing quotes to roof my mothers home. Some were nothing more than lead generators and others never called back. Gold Key Roofing called me back the same day and set up an appointment to meet my schedule. Jeff came out and was 15 min early, he went over all my options with different types of roofs & materials. Also per their company policy Jeff showed me his personal roofing & building state licenses and workers compensation policy. We struck a deal and ask for no deposit. The job went even better. The crew was awesome and they cleaned up every day, they even brought in my mothers garbage cans one day from the curb. Thanks again Gold Key Roofing for taking care of my mothers home.

My name is Pete Kici I live in Chuluota..My roof starting leaking a few months ago and has been getting worse to the point my ceiling was staining and stucco is cracking.I called several different roofing companies to give me a quote, prices ranged in the thousands of dollars. Then I called Gold Key Roofing,they sent out Hal he got on my roof looked at the problem and said I had a few nails coming thru some shingles,he pulled out the bad nails put on roof cement and problem fixed. I am very impressed with the way he handled the situation unlike the other companies he wanted to do the right thing and he did.Great companies are like that.Thank you Gold Key Roofing and Hal you guys will get all my future business and anyone I know that needs a roof or roof repairs.

I recommend Gold Key to anyone looking for honest and trusted roofing company . i had other company stopped to check my parents roof and they told me the roof have enough damage to be replaced . i contacted Gold key for a second opinion and Jeff stopped by and after inspecting the roof he told me the roof is in good condition and he do not see any damage to have it replaced . he was very honest and friendly. he could simply start a claim to change the roof and he will not lose anything if the claim denied but he didnt . truly i never seen a company that care about their customers as much as gold key does . i definitely will contact them if anything happen to my roof because this is the type of company i will trust what they will tell me. thank you

Gold Key replaced my roof. Their price was very competitive. They obtained all permits and coordinate the dumpster and disposal. They also coordinated the final inspection with the County and delivered paperwork and manufacturers warranty. All of their team members were professional, responsive and responsible. They completely removed my old roof and replaced with a new roof within 2 days. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend to others. I have recommended to my neighbors on both sides; one neighbor just got his roof replaced using Gold Key. He told me that he was very happy with the work. You will like them.

We had a great experience with Gold Key! Due to an emergency roof leak, they came to access the needed repair, scheduled it and completed the work with effiiciency, skill and great courtesy. They were all a pleasure to work with from the office staff to the field team. The team took the time to fully explain the work needed and scheduled us quickly so the interior repair work could be done afterwards and wed have minimal inconvenience. We have a tile roof that may have been a challenge for any other roofer, but the field team didnt even blink...great great guys! Wishing you continued success!
