My brother had put off replacing his roof for a long time, but the day finally came where he had to make a decision. He called a few local roofing contractors in Osceola County but had no problem making the choice. Don Schmidt came right over and EXPLAINED the quote for the roofing job in great detail. My brother called and said that was the easiest decision he had to make in a long time. They promised a date they would start and when they would finish and they fulfilled both promises. I am getting close to needing my roof replaced... and I am absolutely calling Don Schmidt Roofing.

After Jerod made a repair on a leak that only shows up in heavy rains, it kept leaking. I called and he looked at it again but it still leaked. He also promised to seal a seam around my windows and never did it. After leaving multiple messages and getting no call back I called another company who came the same day and claims to have found the actual problem. Ill never use Don Schmidt again.
