I went with A. Caspersen because of them being a small local company and thought theyd be good fit. I called out to them for updates more often, well wait...I think they only called me once or twice For an almost $5,000 job, that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks that ended up taking almost 12 weeks (that they wanted to push out another 4 weeks, even due to a bad door from the manufacturer), 2 and almost 3 visits from the installer...not wholly due to Caspersen...my time, patience, understanding was only worth $50 to them. Seriously?!?! And it sounded like Chelsea was doing ME a favor knocking the 50 off. The communication within this very small company, and to me, the customer, leaves quite a bit to be desired as well. The window installers were great and did a wonderful job, Id have them back in a heartbeat! But Ill not be recommending nor re-hiring this company.

I recently hired A. Caspersen to replace two entire windows (not just the glass) and the entire three-panel patio door system and transom above it. Since this was almost a $5,000 job, I kept my fingers crossed that I wouldnt regret the decision. At the conclusion of an almost all-day installation, one of the employees pointed out that the kitchen window had the wrong number of muntins/grids. The salesperson called me later and said it was his fault and they would have to re-order the sashes. I could tell he was hoping I would say they were fine as is, but since they didnt match my other windows, Caspersen had to eat the cost of the new sashes. Im very pleased that they admitted their mistake, took care of it, and did a beautiful job installing everything. You cant beat a company with integrity, and you dont find it often anymore.

Signed with Caspersen to put a new roof on our house and garage. Workers showed up about 8 a.m. Its now 4 p.m., and theyre still working diligently. We were told it would be a one-day job, and theyre making sure it is. We came back to Caspersen because 4 years ago, we hired them to put a new roof on our family room addition, and we were very satisfied with the job they did. This company is honest and fair, with excellent work quality and diligence in completing any exterior job. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs this kind of work done, and have already recommended them to our next door neighbor for work she needs done. God bless you for having such a fine company!

We hired A Caspersen Co to replace our roof. They did a fantastic job all the way around. Their estimator/foreman Mike was prompt and explained every aspect of the process prior to installation. The crew were like machines as they new exactly what needed to be done and delivered a beautiful new roof. The best part was that at the end you couldnt tell that anyone had been there as our lawn, flowers bushes etc were completely undisturbed. I highly recommend them.

Eric and the other good people at Caspersen did a beautiful job on our house. They put on a new roof, siding, all new windows, and even built custom front porch and side awning and it is stunning. We have had so many compliments from everyone. They are fast, easy to work with, extremely fair priced, do excellent work, and clean up everything! I do not hesitate to recommend them for any project.
