My experience with Campopiano Roofing was excellent. Our home was hit hard with a storm. A man - "storm chaser" - came knocking on my door telling me that he would fix my roof for whatever the insurance company would pay. He wanted me to give him my policy number and stated that he would handle all phone calls with the adjusters, would be there for the inspection, and all I had to do was give him the full payment of the claim. He was VERY aggressive and to be honest, I was quite uncomfortable with his interest. I called Campopiano Roofing. They educated me on the "storm chaser" process. I showed them the paperwork and folder that the "storm chaser" left behind and they pointed out the small print - the "storm chaser" only guranteed his work for ONE YEAR and NO guarntee on materials. Campopiano Roofing was a pleasure to work with. From the office staff to everyone on the crew. It took them 3 days to do my home and each night before they left, they made sure my yard was clean and safe. They were very considerate to the neighbors informing them that they would be working in the area just in case they had children or pets. Knowing that I had an older dog, they let me know how long it would take to do each process of the roof, and when it was safe and clean for my dog to come in and out of my home. I would highly recommend this company

I am beyond please with the service Campopiano Roofing provided me! Ricky Campopiano, whom provided me the quote, went above and beyond to assist and guide me into exactly what needed to be accomplish on my garage, shed and gazebo while working with me on all my options regarding: roofing color/type; siding color/type; soffit/trim options; gutters and downspouts; different ways to provide curb appeal; finance options and more! He was more than willing to keep stopping by to provide me samples and updated quotes, because I was at times indecisive about what I could have done. The crew who worked on my house were also phenomenal! They were very professional, showed amazing work ethic and were extremely passionate about making my garage look perfect! They also went above and beyond to fix the roof on my gazebo, along with a lot of repairing to my garage roof working all weekend just to make sure it was completed before bad weather hit! The crew also kept everything very organized and clean. They really were exceptional! Id highly recommend Campopiano Roofing, with no hesitation!

The estimate process is the best part of doing business with Campopiano Roofing. After the estimate the service went down hill. They did not show up as scheduled. I had to call and then was informed they would not be able to do the scheduled work until two weeks after scheduled date. Causing a delay with the other contractors who could not complete their work until the roof was complete. The roofers entered my property without permission and used my electricity. They are suppose to bring generators, but for some reason failed to do so. Instead of receiving a bill I received harrassing phone calls and voicemail messages from George Campopiano. A terrible experience. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. If I knew I would have such a horrible experience I would have went with another company. I guess you get what you pay for!

Made an appointment and took off work on Monday but they no-showed. I called and they said my appointment was always for Wednesday (but the lady slipped and said it was modified today - someone changed it). Decided to let it go and requested a new appointment. They said theyd call me right back, but I waited for 24 hours. The original scheduler called me to confront me about the original appointment. Between those two people and 3 minutes of conversation I heard: "They called you and rescheduled" "Your appointment was always on Wednesday" "We told you either Monday or Wednesday". I was ready to drop it - mistakes happen. Making stuff up and trying to pin the mistake on me isnt cool.

I highly recommend Campopiano Roofing! My roof was damaged during a storm and initially the insurance company was reluctant to pay for a proper repair. Thanks to Campopiano Roofing working closely with my insurance adjuster it was determined a new roof was needed and it was approved to be replaced. The quality of the finished product was first rate! The crew was courteous, professional and clean! They also replaced the roofs of four of my neighbors and every one of them has been 100% satisfied with the quality, pride in their work and the professionalism of the Campopiano team. I cant express enough how happy we all are with the job well done!

Met them at the home improvement show, they were going to call me the first week in February, never happened, so I called them. they said they got busy with back to back shows.... they finaly came out here for m estimate, gave me my info and was going to follow up with my insurance company. I am still waiting to hear back from them.....looks like I will be finding another company. after reading reviews seems this is a common practice of theirs.

Our home in Rocky River sprang a leak during Hurricane Sandy. We called Campopiano Roofing and they had one of their professional service technicians come out and fix the leak within 2 days. The price was very reasonable and it hasnt leaked since!
