Have Known and used this Orlando roofing Company for a number of years they have been repaired my roof on a number of occasions.All the roof repairs were done quick and with a reasonable cost to me. Over the years i have known the owners of this Roofing Company and they have always responded to my needs and requirements. I Have been involved in construction management and development for most of my life and i know what good honest professional work is when i see it. Steve who is one of the owners told me he could repair my roof forever if that was what was needed. But he recommended that like all of us the roof wasnt getting any younger and to at least give some thought to the replacement of the roof. My wife and i decided now was a good a time as ever to get some prices on the replacement of the existing shingle roof. I did get a number of estimates from other local roofing contractors just to see were we were but i didnt feel comfortable with what they had to say or confident that they would take care of me or my property. I choose Johnson Roofing of Orlando to upgrade my 5000 sq ft roof they give me the best price for a upgraded shingle, new vents flashing felt everything.I didnt know how bad my home looked until i had it replaced. The house looks great i went with a slate colored shingle roof. Steve and his guys cleaned around my home daily and now the roof is finished you would never of known they had been hear very good polite workers who you can tell have lots of experience and knowledge about getting the job done. The roof based both inspections with the city and i briefly talked to one of the inspectors who said that he has never had a problem with any of the roofs completed by this company as their work is superior to most. My dont regret is that i wont be needing the services of Johnson Roofing at my home anymore as my roof is all done but i hope they continue to have success with the demanding work that they produce. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who needs a great local roofing company who will treat them write and strife to produce quality work. I give A++ rating if thats possible.

I called several roofers on a Saturday after receiving a notice from Winter Park code enforcement. Steve, from Johnson Roofing came out and gave a qoute to do the repair. The other companies couldnt get out until the following Friday. One from a UNIVERSALly know company gave me a $14,000.00 quote. After being turned down by the universal ly known company credit option they lowered their quote to $10,000.00. I went with the $3000.00 quote from Johnson. Steve kept in touch, did the work as promised. On time and in budget. The $7000.00 in savings didnt hurt either. Steve was professional, very personable, and knowledgeable. He would make a great next door neighbor. (I could use one). If your roof needs repair or replacing you would be foolish not going with Johnsons Roofing. If you go with Universal let me know, I could use a good laugh. Just get a quote from them to keep the others honest. LASTLY - Hey Universal, is the boss having trouble making his yacht payments? I should have at least gotten a boat ride for a $14,000.00 quote.

After storm damage from a fallen tree, Johnson Roofing was on site the same day to give me an estimate. I found Steve very honest to deal with and he did not try to have me invest in any work that wasnt necessary for the repair. They were out within 24 hours to perform the work and were very professional in cleaning up before they left. I will definitely use this company in the future for any roofing needs.
