After much research and education I was pleased to choose WSRR. I took notice of the other roofs in my neighborhood getting done by unmarked trucks and it looked questionable as to whether they were temporary workers or were these real companies. I discovered much of the roof work is being done by sales people that write jobs and the work is being flipped over to some generic workers or subs. I was very diligent to make sure that I would find a company with a researchable history and verifiable location that was a real actual company. I decided to check with the BBB and learned that in their over 30 yr history they had no complaints. The difference in the professionalism I experienced dealing with WSRR vs what I observed was night and day, especially when I was able to work directly with the owner from the estimate to the final day instead of company reps. They made themselves available whenever I had a question during the process. The job went as planned and the yard was clean and protected during the entire process. I couldnt be happier with the results and experience throughout

Bill and his team are amazing! He repaired our flat top patio roof so that it no longer leaks. They spread a commercial grade product that hardened to a strong shell on the roof of it. In addition he capped off all the rotted fascia and soffit with white aluminum so that it will look great for the years to come. Because the roof was not properly installed, our project required his team to remove and replace the shingles surrounding the patio roof after he installed a wide flashing around the roof to prevent leaks. He matched our shingles perfectly and the roof is beautiful. They did extra trimming for us and invented a metal cap that surrounded the ceiling part of the patio to renew the look of the ceiling. The attached photo shows this trim. We are very happy with the result. His team was on time and very, very knowledgeable about roofing problems and how to repair them. They were always on time, polite and easy to have around. We feel very fortunate that we were able to find him and that his seasoned crew were the men who did our work.

After a hail storm that went through Oviedo in May 2015, many homes in my neighborhood suffered damage that required a roof replacement and there were several "storm chasing" roofing companies looking to make a quick buck, but Bill wasnt one of them. I chose to find a reputable roofer to handle my roof replacement. Bill is an honest and reputable man that told me what needed to be done to replace my roof. He visited several times helping us choose the right shingle and helped narrow down the color. He has several referrals which allowed us to see the quality of his work. His crew is professional and hard working. They took care to protect my landscaping and my property was spotless when they were done. Bill spent time with me when it was complete to review what they did and answered all of my questions. Its hard to find reputable contractors to do work. We had a great experience with Winter Springs Roofing and would recommend them to anyone in need a of a new roof or repair! We had a new addition added to our home 5 years ago. The eves around the addition had begun to separated from the roof and soffit allowing rain to get into the eves. Bill came out very quickly and inspected the roof. He found there to be other issues with the roof on the new addition outside of what we could see. I was very upset about the quality of work that had been previously done and concerned about the integrity of the entire room. Bill shared all of his insight about the roof and reassured us everything could be repaired. He answered all our questions, their showroom is beautiful, the team was prompt, answered all our questions and the work completed as scheduled. They did a great job and we are so happy with our new roof!

We were referred to Bill with Winter Springs Roofing and Repair by a friend to repair our roof damage caused by our pool solar panels. Bill provided an estimate and did not try to recommend more repairs than were necessary to resolve the issue. The crew arrived on the scheduled day of repairs and upon removing the shingles discovered extensive wood rot. Also, the shingles we selected did not match the existing shingles as closely as we thought they would. However they found a closer match and did not charge us anything extra to do so. To find a business that is honest and does what they say they will do is very refreshing. If you ever need roof repair, we would highly recommend Winter Springs Roofing and Repair without hesitation. Re-roofing your house is sizable investment for anyone, so you want to be sure that the job is done right. After getting quotes from a few other contractors, we decided on Winter Springs Roofing and Repair. We met with Bill, the owner of the company. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and identified a problem area on the roof (that wed already known was an issue) and talked about what how to modify the roof to remedy the problem. Not one of the the other contractors noticed the issue. Bill has been in business over 30 years and cares about his work. The crew that came to the job was courteous, professional and on-time. They kept the job-site clean and, more importantly, did a great job. I would recommend them without reservation for honest, high quality work.

Bill scheduled a time to meet and was prompt and pleasant when he arrived. I had what we thought to be a leak in the roof, but Bill evaluated and explained it would be an easy repair for me to do without having to hire his crew to come out. The problem had nothing to do with the integrity of my roof, but just the angle that one of my vents was set at. I was prepared to "pay the piper" to fix, instead Bill spent 20 mins with me, didnt charge a dime and gave me a resolution to my problem. Thanks Bill- Ill be using you in the future and referring you when needed.

Just had a major roof repair completed by Winter Springs Roofing and Repair and cant say enough about the quality of the work done by his four man crew. They were efficient, professional, and very careful around our garden (which is my wifes pride and joy. She is a Master Gardener and has spent quite a bit of time getting it to look like it does). Bill Sumner, the owner, was pleasant to deal with and the work was completed on time and for the original quote. I would recommend Winter Springs Roofing to anyone looking to have roof work done.
