Very disappointing . This company installed new plywood over rotten beams without a word to me. At our initial meeting it was agreed that if rotting wood was found they would let me know and I would have it replaced . I only found out when the fascia and soffit were being painted ,when the roof was done. The wood was sawdust . Worst part of this , the job foreman took pictures of the new wood installed over the rotten wood and shared them with Sunshine s owner . No one thought I should know . The rotten wood has now been replaced . But to do so the metal fascia had to be disrupted and is now bent out of shape . All of this could have been avoided by just letting me know the condition of the wood . Sad way to treat a trusting customer .

What an awesome experience. I have a commercial building that I had put off putting a new roof on. From the first visit out with a quote to the finished product I could not have more pleased. The crew were always on time and professional.(in the week since job was completed I have only found one nail) They always cleaned up the job before leaving each day. The roof was in worse shape than I had realized but I was treated more than fair on the rotten wood and labor cost. This is never where you really want to spend money, but when you need a new roof call Sunshine and you will be pleased with the price, service, quality and job clean up.

This company was a pleasure to work with. The owner helped us pick out appropriate materials and worked with our HOA to ensure compliance. He communicated with us during the project so we knew when the workers would arrive and complete the roof. He handled the permit process and told us the roof would be completed in two days and it was. He also ensured that the area around our house was cleared of all materials and debris and hauled them away. The roof looks great and would highly recommend this company.
