Upon pricing out a new roof Total Home was definitely not the cheapest, but, looking a little closer at the quality of materials they use versus the other guys I chose to use them. They called me within 1 week of signing the contract to use their business letting me know that the City of Titusville had just granted them the permit. They scheduled my reroof for the very next day. There was a crew of about 15 people that showed up at my home before 7 am and they did the tear down, repairs, and new shingles all in 1 day!!!! I have seen multiple other homeowners in my neighborhood get new roofs in the past 3 months and all of them were a 2 or 3 day process. My home while not huge is 1600 sq ft with multiple angles and a flat roof porch so not a simple a frame. Everyone with this company has been professional from the 1st call until the payment was made for the roof. Thank you so much for your great work and professionalism.

When I decided to replace my roof, I called nine companies. Total Roofing was one of three that actually called me back. Total Roofing was one of two that actually showed up to give me an estimate. Their estimate was THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS!!! Wow, what can I say? This company did EVERYTHING they said theyd do and more. They use seasoned installers, quality products, and met ALL dead-lines. If you need a roof, I feel bad for you but stop looking and call Total Roofing
