I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Top Services of Central Florida and Im happy with the job they did on my roof. Prior to the re-roof Ive had several estimates from other roofing companies in the area. Neumann Roofing was the first choice that I picked for the estimation since it was recommended by my homeowner insurance company. However, I was disappointed by the tardiness of Neumann’s estimator, Shawn, was late on the appointment; he never called to inform me or returned my call. The follow day I gave the owner of the company-Jason Neumann a second chance to give me an estimate for the re-roof, but he too was late on the job. He did called me to let me know he was late. Waited more than two hours for him to get the appraisal for my roof replace was unacceptable. Thus, I decided to call other roofing companies that were recommended by GAF such as Performance Roofing LLC, Carroll Bradford, Inc., and Roof Top Services of Central Florida. I picked Roof Top Services of Central Florida for the job for several reasons the estimator - Norman Wingate showed up early on the appointment, the estimate was closed to what I expected, the materials for the re-roof are second to the best, and the estimator co-operated with me on my requests for the re-roof. On the day of the re-roof his crew showed up on time and installed the new roof according to all the steps that has been suggested by the shingle manufacture GAF. The crew worked promptly and paid attention to the detail. Afterward, the re-roof team cleaned the new roof with a gas blower and picked up all the nails and debris around my yard and my neighbor yards before leaving the premises. The house looks sharp with GAF architecture shingles. I highly recommend Roof Top Services of Central Florida for its re-roof business.

I chose RTS for our reroof job over the 3 other bids not because they were the cheapest but because the owner, Norman Wingate, gave me confidence that he and his crews would live up to their Master Elite rating (given by GAF) and that he would deal with me in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. Their workmanship and materials were all first class. The job site was always left super clean at the end of each day. My roof took an extra half day because there were 3 previous layers of felt and because they had to replace over 400 feet of my existing 1x12 planks that had been damaged by the previous roofers back in 2005 - which was a fly by night group that came in from Texas after the hurricanes and then promptly disappeared. So, I was very leery but any of my concerns were dealt with quickly and fairly and I couldnt be any happier with the result. In 2005 the previous roofers failed 3 or 4 inspections but with RTS all inspections were passed the first time! So, now I have a solid, well constructed roof that I actually have confidence in. I would highly recommend Norman and Roof Top Services!

We recently re-roofed our house with this company and found them very professional. They were punctual for appointments and their workers were courteous and hard working during the roof installation and the after-installation clean-up. The companys office staff was knowledgeable and they were quick to follow up on any questions and/or concerns. The companys initial presentation at the time of estimate was superior to all the other roofing contractors that provided us with estimates. We also liked the fact that this company was listed as a GAF MasterElite roofing installer and had been in business for quite a few years in the Orlando Metro area. We were further pleased in that the companys dollar estimate for the re-roofing was absolutely perfect. Our family is very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs.

I had two estimates from other roofing companies before I hired Roof Top Services in March of 2015. Shane came out and completed the estimate the day after I phoned their office. They completed a roof repair and installed a beautiful Clear-Vue skylight in my kitchen. Despite the messiness of working inside my home to install the skylight, the workers completely protected the work area so that all surfaces were covered and the rest of the home was protected. I cant tell you how much I love the skylight. Roof Top did an excellent job in both cases, and nearly two years later….no problems! I just hired them today for another repair on my son’s home in Winter Park….full confidence they will do an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs.

We had a re-roof completed last month. The price was competitive and the final bill came to the total we expected. The workers were efficient, courteous, and prompt. We had a little hiccup but it was resolved quickly. Big projects like this often are a huge headache and can get dragged out for a long time, but our re-roof went relatively smoothly from start to finish, with little effort on our part. I didnt think a new roof would look any different, so it was a great surprise that it actually looks much much better and REALLY sharp. So, not only does the new roof increase resale value and structural integrity, but it drastically improved the curb appeal of our home.

After extensive research on roofing companies I selected Roof Top Services. They did such an excellent job that I referred 1 neighbor and 2 co-workers to them. They all had Roof Top Services install their roofs as well and were very satisfied with the work. Then in May 2016 I needed a new roof installed on a different property and knew that the only company that I wanted to do the work was Roof Top Services. Their prices are great, they got the job completed quickly and cleaned up all of the debris. The roof looks beautiful. They are totally professional and a pleasure to work with. Have used this company since 2003. Back then Norman made it a point to get to a roof leak within 24 hours. He also put his customers first inn 2004 when our roofs were devastated by 3 hurricanes in a row. Thought you couldnt beat that service but somehow Roof Top just keeps getting better and better. Recently saved me money with a simple fix for chimney leak that another roofer wanted $1800 for. Roof Top didnt make a dime on the job due to honesty and integrity. As an investor I find trust in your contractor is a rare thing these days, so if quality work with trust in your roofer is important to you, Roof Top is your first, last, and best choice!

Amazing experience from start to finish!!! When I first called Rooftop Services to get an estimate I was greeted by a woman named Jessica, who was great. She promptly got me fit into the schedule with Norman, who is one of the owners, for a time and date that fit my schedule. After talking to Norm about my options I decided to move forward with Rooftop. The work was done in a very timely manner, roughly 2-3 days, and the quality was top notch. I will highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you to Norm and his staff for all their help and efforts.
