Our family visited last week, and we greatly surprised disappointed and disappointed by what we found. The staff was friendly, but the room was out of control, most children had filthy faces with excessive dark green boogers running in their mouths and on face where they had rubbed it, the play area was also highly unkept and the water toy area was rusted like an old backwoods toilet. There were numerous comments about how they meant to clean things the day before inside and outside. No matter what the brand recognition KinderCare has, this particular facility is far from what we expected in sanity, child safety and ability to handle our additional child -- I have little confidence that there would be the time and ability to effectively carry out the curriculum. Im not trying to come across harshly. Most places in the greater Orlando that are of the level of expectation we had for this location are on a 6 month-1 year waiting list. My guess is most of those parents are stuck waiting. I chose to keep my daughter home w my husband out of state (I just relocated and he is coming the end of this semester) than put my daughter in a place like that. Its been heart wrenching because I really had hoped she could go there, and stay with me until my husband came. If youre a parent, youd know Id have to be extremely disappointed to separate a mother from her baby.

If you are looking for a daycare where it doesnt smell like pee and the teachers actaully interact with the kids instead of sit there and just watch them play than this is your place! My daughter had been going here for three years and while they are more than some other daycares, I couldnt put a price on my childs safety and educational stimulation. I looked at other cheaper places and while they looked comparable on paper there was no comparison when I thought about everything she would be missing out on by NOT going here.

I went to kindercare when my daughter was about 14months old. I needed a place where she can socialize with her age children and some good activities. She loved the teacher there and calls her grandma till the day. They are very caring and she has become social.

Not a safe place. No attention to sick kids. Screaming to the children. No discretion handling parents situation. Teachers are great but they can go as far as management allows them. Go somewhere else.
