I am currently training with hire dynamics as a payment processor at the Alpharetta location and for the most part everybody is friendly and professional but something that rubbed me the wrong way is the lack of sensitivity for serious issues you may be dealing with. I am 2 months pregnant and I am supposed to have my first ultrasound tomorrow this appointment was made long before I even started working with hire dynamics. I already received not so fully explained emails about the job and training such as when it starts , when orientation was , and I was under the impression that training was only for one day because that was the only date on there. Still I overlooked it because I feel like this job fits my schedule perfectly. I am even missing school for two days just to get the training I need because I believe first impressions are everything. But I feel first impressions goes for us as well. My first impression of the onsite hiring manager Caroline Norman is not a good one. I had my doctors note and even compromised on coming to training but leaving 2 hours early. For all you mothers you know how important hearing the heartbeat for the first time is so I asked for permission to go to my appointment and she told me if I left early my assignment would end and then I proceeded to tell her how I miscarried before and that it was important and she replied back "Sorry.. thats the policy of the job" or something to that affect. I almost cried because I felt like there was no compassion there. Im a hard worker Im already missing school for this. But I feel like if Im going to work hard for a company than they should be considerate. I probably am going to have days where Im sick and what not and still end up coming to work so I feel that the managers there should be more respectful of personal things going on. What if a relative had died or family emergency ?? I feel like she could have excused me if she really wanted too she just didnt want too. Although I rescheduled my appointment If this is how the managers act and treat their employees I probably wont be working here much longer. Nothing comes before my child NOTHING. Does anybody know who else I can talk to about this ? The paragraph up above was what I went through the first time I worked for hire dynamics in October. I ended up leaving there and stopped working for a couple of months. I decided to try them again within the past couple of weeks with a different company and it was the exact same thing. There are laws against these type of things you cannot tell a pregnant woman she cant go to her doctors appointment. I was in the beginning stages of my pregnancy then and now Im at the end. Ive had complications in the beginning which is why it was important to make my appointments. I also had a miscarriage before. Nahria knew about me being pregnant and having appointments a month ahead of time. They never specify the "seriousness" of missing training. She just said we would have points added up. I wasnt aware that even when you tell people ahead of time and you had actually had proof of a doctors note it wasnt good enough. I had got a point for that which she didnt specify and I didnt find out about until after the fact. You learn a lot of things as you go along thats not told to you beforehand and then the handbook says nothing about paying someone minimum wage if you quit or they end your assignment but thats what they do. Although you work hard for that money they take it. There was favoritism shown within the company I believe because people would go missing for days and still came back to a job or their training wasnt affected. Every hire dynamics location is a joke. They dont care about you and I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone ! Look elsewhere because they really will have you coming out of your character. The lack of compassion and respect is what I dont respect. If you are currently pregnant or have small children do not work for them because their clients do not care.

My staffing agent at Hire Dynamics was always readily available to help me with whatever I had questions about, whether it was time I needed to request off, questions about interviews, verification checks, and meetings in her office. She always made time to make sure that I was taken care of. Hire Dynamics even went as a far as to let me know how much they appreciated me as their employee and rewarded my hard work with thank you letters. Very professional company, and very involved in their employees. Highly recommend!

I give hire dynamics one star because the majority of the people working there look at you like you are a piece of meat. They make no follow ups. I was sent on interview twice and did not find out the out come until several weeks afterwards. Do not bother calling their number. There is a 99% chance you get a voice mail and no one returns your call.

This is the BEST staffing agency that I have had the pleasure of being a part of since I relocated to Atlanta 3 months ago. I had a job thanks to HD within a week of relocating!

They are horrible and it seems like they only find jobs for non blacks. Ms. Scruggs is the absolute worst she doesnt care about finding jobs for people. If you are looking for a job dont even bother coming here, these people are here for a check only. The only nice one was Gabriel Gonzalez she great. This is the worst staffing agency in Georgia.
