Some of these reviews just make me laugh. 1st off people who are talking about getting charged a quit fee...why dont you read the paperwork that you sign?? When you are filling out new hire paperwork with them there is a form that states about the quit fee, which is if you quit without at least a 24 hour notice or a NCNS (no call no show) to a job you will be charged a quit fee. You guys have no idea how much work and time goes into hiring just 1 person for a job (they hire at least 20-50 people a week) and then to have that person not even show up on their 1st day or quit with in the 1st week, so umm yea the company is allowed to get their money back by charging you a quit fee (cause guess what you signed the paper saying that you were a reliable worker and were going to go to work). I think more companies should charge a quit fee maybe it will weed out the temp agency jumpers..you know the people that jump from temp agency to temp agency working only 1-2 weeks at every job they have so they can try and collect unemployment or that couple day check ( you know the people that dont need a real job because they dont have real bills). I have been in the staffing industry for over 5 years and have worked at and with different temp agencies, Personnel Options is one of the best companies in the Henry county area because they have clients that pay decent money ( no not all of their clients pay good or are great work environment) and are looking for good quality people that want to work and show up to work. I have worked with Personnel for over a year. I was a staffing coordinator there for a little while before I found something better (had nothing to do with the job itself) to being a temp with them getting hired permanent where Im working now and now my position is to request temps from them (so have experience with them at all angels) . They are a temp agency it is not their job to find you jobs because you call them everyday, because guess what they get hundreds of applicants weekly and there are people out there that really need a job and want to work. It is Personnel Options Inc. job to find the Companies ( you know the people that hire them to find employees) GOOD and RELIABLE people to come work for them and it will be a mutual fit between Client and Employee. I have personally and professionally dealt with Amy and she is an amazing person who is willing to help people and go beyond what is called of her. The office staff is always nice and helpful from calling as a employee or as a client.

DONT WORK HERE. If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would. They are AWFUL. I worked as a staffing coordinator here and only lasted about a month before I quit because I couldnt take their bitchy and unprofessional attitudes. They also treat their workers comp employees AWFUL. They absolutely abuse their employees. They make their workers comp people sit outside in 95 degree weather & then also make them sit outside in the cold rain. They take 100 smoke breaks an hour and dont do anything. They talk bad about all the employees and are so disrespectful. They dont do any work. They even bring their boyfriends inside the office behind closed doors. SO unprofessional. Amy is nowhere near fit to be an office manager. They are all trashy. McKenzie has an AWFUL attitude. And they also refused to give me my last paycheck. I tried & my fiancé tried to get my paycheck and they refused. They do a lot of illegal stuff and Im reporting them to the BBB.

Personal Options has changed my familys life! My husband and I ran into some of the hardest times of our lives. My husband lost his job and I had been taking care of my mother at home and needed to go back to work as soon as possible.. After being off of work for over a year, I was desperate to start working again. After being turned down for several job opportunities, I walked into Personal Options and they listened to my story and genuinely cared about my situation. They placed me right away and my husband too. Now, my husband is working at a great company and is being hired on full-time. As for myself, I am with a very good company and am looking forward to being hired soon. Personal Options not only found us employment right away, they actually cared about our situation. They are the most unprofessional temp agency that Ive ever worked for..they lie and they argue with you over your money and time.. They told me about a month ago that they werent going to use me again, but low and behold they called me to work last week and then this week for 1 day assignment, but told me that I didnt work last week..Im reporting them to BBB and Yelp. And North Bay is like slavery..Im just saying..

Both times I have used them for placement, they sent me to wharehouse with crappy management, long hours without overtime, and ridiculous turnover rates. Then this previous time, they never mentioned a quitting fee and I played hell getting my money from them. Been almost 2 weeks and still havent got what was promised weeks ago. And wasnt what they said they were gonna pay me either. Do not use them for anything.

The job they sent me to was a great job. Problem was that the office staff failed to inform me on important details. They didnt tell me that it was a shift job. They told me specifically that it was a first shift, mon-fri job. Unable to work a shift job, I ended up quitting. When I got my pay stub I saw that they took $25 out for a quitting fee. Was not informed of quitting fee. Very unprofessional.

These are some of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. They have a poor lady sitting outside in the blazing sun and you can tell shes hot and uncomfortable. Someone needs to do something about that before its reported to the news and the authorities. Its inhumane.
