Ive never had this an experience like this before and I feel it was all based on the color of my skin because my experience and education meets all the criteria. I feel looking at me on paper im the perfect candidate but as soon as I spoke with someone the position all of a sudden was filled. I MUST SAY This has been the worst experience ever first they call and say they have this opening then sends me a typing test in which I pass with flying colors 65wpm 12,000 keystrokes only to wait for them to call me back and never did and when I call back 24 hours later they tell me the position was filled. The day before the same day I spoke with someone else..

The office and people are nice. Took longer for requests asked to be done than normal if not that the right given information. The insurance kind of is a disappointment. When I was interviewed I clearly stated a hired on job which is at least after 4 or 5 months not the company Im with now that takes a year or more before they hire needed people. They basically rely on temps at the workplace. Do more research with these companies is my advice. Other than that everyone is nice in the office.
