I had a very unwelcoming experience at this location. I went to this location as I received a spa package birthday gift from my husband as we are in the area for the holiday season as we live in another state. My husband purchased a spa package via Groupon. When I arrived I was given forms to complete and I was informed about the gratuity fees. The gratuity fees apparently is a very big deal at this place. I was not spoken about anything else. An assistant with the owner were having personal or hush hush conversations at the reception area which I found tasteless and unwelcoming while sitting there filling out forms. Going back to the gratuity, the owner insisted that I pay the minimum tip required prior to service. Ive never heard of such thing. I said unfortunately that was not explained to me but I will obtain a card from my husband who bought the package before the end of my session. He said call him and we will see what we can do. The assistant who has a very unwelcoming aura about her says that they had an appointment after me and that they will be running behind if I waited any longer. My appointment was paid for 3 hours. I was not able to contact my husband at the time he was in a meeting. She stated if you are not able to pay the minimum of your tip before service we will not be able to see you. This place is very unprofessional, no ethic and for the record no business is to obtain payment of any kind if services are not rendered. I left the place very unhappy and offended. I also felt they were very rude in the form they handled this situation. They could of waited until the end of my session and the gratuity would of been paid in full. As soon as I left I called my husband to obtain a refund. Not a recommended place!! They have no idea who I was.. I could of been a beauty editor for a national magazine...

July 12th, 2017 at 11A: A first impression worthy of a 1 star rating: I received a couple of gift certificates to Mezz Spa, called to schedule an appointment, and was turned away. There was apparently a mix up in the gift certificate specifications but the way the owner spoke to me was rude, disrespectful, hung up in my face, and completely changed my once positive view of the facility. I feel saddened that in todays society, someone soo rude could obtain a business and treat tax payers with such disregard. I have never had to write a negative review but today was worthy. I may have been willing to pay for the service if it were handled with more professionalism. At this point, I feel sorry for the employees and I would not recommend Mezz Spa to anyone, because I would hate for anyone to deal with the disgust I encountered today.

TERRIBLE!! Do not go here. the The owner is completely unprofessional. I suggest reading all the negative reviews of this place. The common denominator of the problem seems to be the owner and how she runs this place. She will run it into the ground. She doesnt accomodate her clients, treats them poorly, doesnt answer the phone, cancels existing appointments w/o notification, and doesnt return phone calls. I think she thrives on conflict. this place wont make it. the treatments and spa were less then average. Do not purchase any groupon, living social, half off deals for this place. I would not go here if the treatments were FREE! The owner needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only thing she can harp on is time management and she cant even get it right herself.

This was the most relaxing atmosphere my husband and I have ever been. We had left an hour early from home thinking we had plenty of time but our drive on the high way was nothing but stress that we made were almost late. We walked in stressed from the high way construction and we were instantly put in the most calming mood. Everything was so perfect, it was our first professional massages and it was amazing. Everyone was so professional and had such calming relaxing voices. I even fell asleep during part of my massage. My facial also was amazing, my skin felt so good and fresh. Loved it so much we bought another package and cant wait to go back!

Im Danielle, and I enjoy every single moment I spend at Mezz Spa. The service is fantastic, the staff is amazing. You should go there, I highly recommend this place, after a long day at work, and this will be your best remedy. My face has improve, and the breakout on my face has been eliminated. I have a clear younger looking skin, I feel great. Before Mezz Spa, I went in different locations and was not able to get the same customer service, and quality work, and at the end of the day, my main issues have been resolve in less than 90 days. Now, I can enjoy other services, the spa has to offer, bye bye acne, and hello healthy skin.

From the moment you walk in to Mezz Spa, you feel welcome:) The massage was great, the aromas take over the room and is very relaxing. The entire place is beautiful, serene, and polished. It smells lovely and the lighting is just perfect. Honestly, everything was just perfect. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Mezz Spa. Very nice and professional staff, the location is great and the decor feels comfortable and real. They offer gift cards here and it makes for the perfect gift to anyone. This place gets an endless star rating. Loved it.

Im pretty sure Mezz Spa has the three best massage therapists in Atlanta! Zoe, Kathy and Michele each have their own unique styles and I feel better after any massage Ive had there. They are all very knowledgeable and adapt the massage to what is going on with me at the time. Alissa is a delight and an amazing esthetician; I get facials or chem peels monthly that have really improved my skin tone. Atmosphere is very nice and welcoming and customer service is always impeccable! I highly recommend Mezz Spa.

Unprofessional receptionist! After several attempts to make an appointment (got voicemail every time I called and my messages were not returned), I made a special trip to spa to make appointment. I said I came in as I was unsuccessful reaching them by phone. Just a cold, blank stare. No apology or explanation until I pressed as to why they didnt answer their phone or return calls. She said they were very busy. NOT a good first impression. I hope the massage will be better when I go back.

I received a 3 1/2 hour day at Mezz Spa and enjoyed every minute. It isnt a big fancy spa, but rather a quaint boutique spa. Well worth the money. Alissa did my facial and Zoe did my massage, salt scrub and paraffin wax. There is not a company that shows better professionalism and knowledge that this company. I was offered drinks repeatedly from tea to water or champagne and wine. If you were thinking about checking out this spa please do, you will not regret it. Thank you Mezz Spa

They never pick up the phone. I had to call zillion times to make an appointment and leave message so many times before I finally got a call back. When I asked them to book for hot stone massage, they told me its not available until mid May so I just had to choose facial massage since my groupon was almost expiring..I would not go there again!!!
