I purchase a package for my husbands Birthday which was 1.5 hour 4 hand (2 person) massage that also included aromatherapy and a scalp treatment. Needless to say, it was pricey. I made the appointment 1 week prior and even called the morning of his massage to confirm the package and was assured that everything was all set for his special day. It was horrible. Four hand massage was fine-not great, but acceptable, but they only did 50 minutes with no aromatherapy and no scalp massage. He called me and said that he was ready to be picked up. Of course I was shocked because I was planning on an additional 45 minutes to finish up the shopping before I got him. I called the front desk and spoke to the manager. She said that they would be more than happy to.......Give us the additional 30 minutes IF WE PURCHASED 30 MINUTES!!!!!WHAT!!! She said that they messed up. I told her that I wanted a refund of half of my purchase price and she basically told me that they would not do that. I tried to find the owner-who is no where to be found and she refused to give me his-her info. She said that she would put a 30 minute credit into the computer and we could ADD it to any package THAT WE WANTED TO PURCHASE- You could not PAY ME to go back to this place-If anyone wants our 30 minutes-Take it! It is under Peterson-all yours if you want but seriously folks-Go somewhere else-Trust me! Anywhere else!!!

Very disappointed. Had a gift certificate and then paid extra to add 15 minutes onto the massage. I was out in 75 minutes and mentioned it to the man at front desk. He then was rude and argued with me that I had my 90 minutes and "look at the clock". I tried to be nice and just ask their policy. He was so argumentative. Finally he went asked the therapist and she said she only had done 75 minutes and didnt know I booked the extra 15 minutes. Unbelievable. After that he still insisted about another issue with heated table. I commented that it was cold and table had turned off. He argued again that table hadnt gone off. Therapist confirmed that table was on timer and that it had gone off. Awful experience. So sad because it is a nice spa at entrance. Will not go back because of front desk experience.

I went in today for the Body Melt package that was offered as a Groupon. I saw Kelly and while the massage was great I dont really feel I got a real scalp massage or foot reflexology. I have had both done at other spas before and they were much better. What I got felt like part of a normal massage. While I did get a Groupon deal I would have never paid full price for that and have to wonder if that is what it is normally like or did I not get the best service because I used a Groupon. I am definitely hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends. The Groupon even stated I would get a glass of champagne and I was never offered one. Pretty disappointed overall. The actual massage though was very good. From the posts of the other reviewers it looks like the extras are ultimately not worth it!

I bought a $120 Mind & Body Day Spa-Alpharetta gift card through the website, Half Off Depot for $45 & unfortunately let it expire before I could get up to Alpharetta to use it. Lucky for me (or so I thought), the spa manager Karen agreed to "honor" it by giving me a free micro-dermabrasion session (a ::cough::cough::, $100 upgrade) if I spent more money & bought a facial. I quickly agreed (not so happy about throwing away the $45) & made an appointment. The 50 min facial was the WORST Ive ever had; Im EMBARRASSED to have ended up spending $145. Save yourself some money in these hard economic times & dont waste money that could be spent elsewhere on quality service.

I have had several quality massages from this establishment. I went to book a massage and have left two voicemails on separate days as well as tried calling twice today. Clearly this business is under poor management or they no longer care to book appointments. Ive tried their contact section on their website to see about a refund for my pre-paid and am disappointed for the masseuse that is ultimately harmed by the other staffs inability to answer phones, check voicemail, or even contact a client.

I had a 90 min massage from Dorinda and shes FABULOUS!! Ive been a professional massage therapist myself for the past 11 years and I was ABSOLUTELY impressed with her attention to detail. (Im really hard to impress.) She has a calming energy about her and she knows her anatomy. I left feeling much more calm and relaxed. My muscle aches were gone and I will definitely return to see her again soon.

Wonderful massage! Went there to celebrate our anniversary and they had a special which included a body, scalp and foot massage, along with a glass of champagne! I really enjoyed my therapist and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive, helpful and the overall experience was very nice. They had a Groupon special so be on the lookout for those to make your experience more affordable.

I recently went there for a massage not expecting too much since it is in a strip mall. Omg was I surprised. It is a very serene atmosphere , Cotton at the front desk was very gracious and knowledge, Brian who I randomly had as my masseuse was the best. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Cant wait to try some of the other services.

This spa is a great place to relax and enjoy your time away from the would. Since its in a quiet location its a perfect getawat spot. The people their are warm and friendly and give you a very personal feeling. I like the atmosphere and will be getting my massages here from now on. I would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. I have had massages before at other locations, but this was his first. We both enjoyed ourselves, and felt very relaxed. Staff is professional and prompt, location is easy to find, and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend their services.

Horrible Experience. If you buy the massage from coupon they are not going to entertain you. They didnt give me appointment because i bought it from Groupon finally i booked from Groupon and they did horrible job. I will not recommend this to anyone.

I came here to do a massage. I had horrible back pain and a very stressful day at work. It was great! Easy location to find. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The masseuse, he was good too. I will definitely recommend him to my friends!

I love this place. Karen is great!!!! She gives the best massages ever. Always clean and staff is VERY friendly!!!! The products are amazing as well. Go visit..You will love it...try the pineapple massage lotion. Smells so good.

I will never go back. The scheduling and front desk is so unorganized. Several times they have somehow lost my appointment. If you think you have an appt here, you may not. Find another spa. Terrible customer service.
