I have no issue with the quality of massage Ive received here, over the years; however, their business practices are horrible. I had a small issue, in the past, and it was addressed & resolved so I let it go. Now, they have really acted in a very greedy and, for lack of a better word, crappy way!! I was a member for several years, but after I lost my job, I had to "freeze" my account for an unknown amount of time. My good friend gave me a Massage Envy gift card for my birthday (via email) and I decided to use it. When I called to make an appointment they informed me that I could only come in IF I unfroze my account. In other words, I would have to start making the $70 monthly payment again.....in order to use a gift card....what? This makes no sense to me. When I spoke with the manager, he was not willing to help me. No compassion, no regard for a long time member. Funny, had I lied and given a different name, this would not have been an issue. Ridiculous!! I am making sure to tell all my friends and entering my review everywhere I can. We have many options for these services and, it would seem to me, that managers would be able to override some requirements under various circumstances. Im so disappointed and, quick frankly, confused because this really wasnt logical at all.

I have been a member for 3 years and I intially went to this place and had a sub par massage. I rarely used this paticular clinic, the last time I was there the receptionist spent 15 minutes in a confrentation with a client. I did not think I would experience similair treatment and just assumed the customer was being a little unreasonable. Now after a extremley rude encounter with the GM Allen I understand why this branch has never been my choice, why decent therapist aviod this location. I will never go back to Roswell East. There are many great massage envy locations but be warned this is not one of them.

Had a gift certificate for Massage envy. Scheduled apt. with therapist Angela for an hour. That was my first and last visit with them. The noise from the hallway was awfully loud and that didnt allow me to relax. I was able to hear the next door masses voice. After an hour I left with the lumps and bumps on my back even the therapist told me to massage my back by myself. So if yo want to pay the price, but not get the service you are welcome to use Angelas service. She also took me back into the room 12 minutes later and finished 15 minutes earlier. Mariana K.

This place isnt where I want to go for a nice relaxing day.. The therapist was good and friendly but talked the entire time.. I was given a gift card with the promise from the store there was enough on it for a 2hr massage +tip. When finished I ended up paying $50 more because of "miscommunication" about the amounts the massage actually costs. I say thats bad customer service - go by what your store promises!

I adore all the staff here, from Julie the manager, to the massage therapists Ive seen, to the fun-loving, yet still professional front desk staff. Jesse and Jay are both great therapists who I would recommend to anyone new to getting a massage who might be a little nervous, but Mary is my current go-to. Thanks to her, Ive regained range-of-motion in my neck that I havent had for YEARS.

Ive been coming to this location for 3 years and I have never experienced bad service. The front desk staff are welcoming; especially Taylor. My favorite massage therapist are Sue Ann and Amira; however, Ryan and Conan are great also.
