I booked a facial at the Brookhaven location. Upon arriving, the facialist (Janelle) was 10 minutes late. Upon calling me back, she 1) didnt apologize for the wait, and 2) proceeded to say that I looked "sick and tired" and that she couldnt work on me as to not contaminate the facility. While I understand and respect this sentiment, I was not "sick or tired." Instead, I was having a flare-up of the chronic illness that I have to live with; but in no way did I have any germs that would be spread. She continued to press the issue for several minutes until I finally convinced her that I was safe to work on. It was highly unprofessional to bring the looks of my chronic illness to light, and to CONTINUE to do so after I assured her that I wasnt sick in the sense that she was asking. I reached out to the corporate office but never received a response, showing just how much they care about client service. Im sure this is a lovely company but am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with Janelle at the Brookhaven location and the customer service unit.

I went in yesterday evening, Friday at 6:45, for a couples massage with my girlfriend. The massage therapists were great! Thank you Maria and Sheila! However, the receptionists and the nails salon that is right next to the rooms can be easily heard down the hall way and through the walls. The whole time we were getting our massage we could hear two people laughing it up and talking back and forth in the nail salon. Finally I had to tell Maria to ask them to be quite. The talking didnt end, because the receptionists at the front were still talking and laughing. I felt very annoyed that we spent 200$ on a nice date night activity, and it wasnt anywhere near a relaxed and peaceful situation. If you are looking to mentally escape as well as physically be healed. This is not the place to go. I explained to the lady that took my credit card the situation. She gave me I think a 5-10% discount. But that did not make up for my time and frustration. THANKS!

Lolita has changed my life! She gives the BEST massages ever. I see Lolita for a 90 minute deep tissue massage every 3 weeks, and every time I leave Natural Body, I find myself already looking forward to my next appt. I don’t even have to tell her where my problem areas are. She is able to find the exact spot(s) on her own. Her attitude and personality only add to the 5 star experience. I can’t say enough about her! Sheila usually checks me in/out. She is warm and friendly and always has something nice to say. Please do yourself a favor and go see Lolita at Natural Body Spa in Brookhaven for the best massage EVER. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I booked a Signature Spa Day for my birthday at Natural Body in Brookhaven. I finished the first part of my service and had to wait 30 minutes for the next service to begin. When no one came to take me for the next service, I walked up to the front desk to learn that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I had to cancel the rest of the service and what was upsetting was that no one apologized and in fact made it seem like they were doing me a favor by letting me cancel.

I visited the Brookhaven location during my Bachelorette weekend for a full body massage and the whole experience was amazing! All of the staff was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming I have nothing, but great things to say about this place. However, they lose one star because the closest location to me is Raleigh, NC which is about 3 hours away from me! *bummer*...Tip: Bring a "Natural Body Spa & Shop" to Richmond, VA!

Natural Body is awesome. My wife and I swing by this place frequently. She loves making her own fragrances of lotions at the mixing bar. I enjoy a great foot and hand massage. Right in the middle of downtown Atlanta this is the perfect place to get your lunch break relaxation going. Make sure you check out their website for specials and always ask about there sspecial multiple session packages.
