I dont know if they had an off day but my third experience was not like the first time. It was a Friday afternoon and I took my mom thinking we would have a nice time. I walked in and told them I wanted an ombré fill in, eyebrows wax, a pedicure and I was thinking about lashes. I asked about a price for lashes, how long the process took, the kind of lashes they offered and no one could answer my question. The guy doing my nails acted so annoyed as he was huffing and puffing and was very rough with my hands. (By the way the electricity cut off 3 times and stayed off for about 2 minutes each time. They said it was Georgia Powers fault.) As my nails were close to being done, I asked again about the lashes again and another lady said she doesnt do lashes and she doesnt know. Then she pointed to the lady that does them (who had a client at the time) and said when shes done she would start on my lashes. I waited for about 10 minutes for her to finish with her client. When the lash lady was finished she went outside to her car, came back in, sat down and never acknowledged me. I went to the front desk to pay and the guy asked, "You dont want lashes?" I said no I have to go and Ive been waiting and no one has acknowledged me. He said, "okay." When it was time to pay, they said my nails alone were $48. $48 for a fill in????? If they looked good I would understand but they are definitely not worth the price. He did not know what he was doing. You can still see where my nails grew out and each nail looks different. He did not do a good job at all. I will never go back. Kind of disappointed because its my birthday weekend and I was expecting more but left with almost paying $100 for bad service and bad nails. Very unprofessional in a nice salon.

If could give no star I would. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. I went in yesterday for gel nail polish change and pedicure. The guy cut my toe nail bed after I REPEATEDLY said what he was doing HURT, it was NOT until he saw a speck of blood did he stop. Then he uses acetone on that same toe to remove left over polish. It burn so badly! I was livid...however I do not want to make a scene because another lady is working on my nails at same time...doing a poor job..I just want it to hurry and be over. I never had these 2 people work on my nails before as I am a regular. The manager sees there are problems and offers to finish both my feet and hands, so I agree. Besides a cut on my toe nail bed I think the situation was resolved. She hands me bill for $85. I hand her my credit card.. sign the receipt. We say our good byes. I wake up this morning and note my credit card is charged $115! I call back and her explanation is she forgot to charge me for some services! So to RECAP... I LEFT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT... sign the credit card and you add more services and charge to my card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT???? THAT IS EMBEZZLEMENT! SAD THING IS...I HAD BEEN COMING HERE EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR A YEAR! and she decides to pull this! I HAVE CALLED MY BANK AND WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINES BUREAU.

I live next door to this place and every time Ive come here, its been a crap nail job. Most places suck and I am very picky BUT this last time was unacceptable. I dont have acrylic nails. I went in to get SNS on my natural, short kept nails. First of all, my SNS doesnt even cover my entire nail and second of all I asked him not to trim my cuticle because it makes my skin peel up painfully around my nail beds. Like a hangnail, but skin. He trimmed them anyway and the skin is peeling up, as I knew it would and its very uncomfortable. Also, my SNS looks like gummy drops on my nails. I asked him if he was going to file them down and he said yes.... but he hardly filed them down. Theyre so bulky, everyone Ive shown has agreed they look horrible. The place to go is Haute Spot nail boutique in sandy springs. Thats what I get for deviating. I wanted something closer so I gave this place several tries but every time Ive been disappointed. Haute Spot does such a great job, nobody else can compare. Nobody. Save your effort and go to Haute Spot. Seriously.

Horrible customer service and they do a terrible job! Do not go here and waste your time and money. After less than a week almost all of my gel manicure came off and I dont do anything on a daily basis that would make them come off sooner. When I called to tell them, they told me to come in and they would fix them. I made an appointment and when I got to the spa, they were extremely rude to me and made me wait for 20 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me it would cost $30 because I chose a different color. If I stuck with the same color it would cost $20. The other three nails still had gel on them, but they were peeling too. They were going to have to repair all of them in the end. I have to been to other spas and occasionally Ive had one chip or something minor, but never all of my nails and completely just come off like this. And when this has happened to me at other places, they would be very apologetic and would never ask me to pay.

I have been coming to this nail shop since February of this year and have been very pleased. I love all of their organic options and products they offer. I am a major fan of their SNS line and colors. They have many colors to choose from. They multiple lines of gel also available. Most importantly Tim, Jennifer and team take care of you. They always ensure you are happy with your services. They have a beautiful and comfortable spa. They can easily accommodate a large group of people and have a private room for children mani pedis. I would highly encourage any one who had not been here before to stop in. I had been going to the same nail shop for years until I found them.

I called to make an appointment earlier today for my first visit. Everyone was very professional, welcoming and friendly. The interior looks great. Ive worked on the spa industry, so cleanliness & the products used is always something I look at and I was not disappointed. They offer many organic products for their services and there is no chemical smells. Tim is very detailed in his work and you can tell he is passionate about customer service and making sure your experience is a great one. After my fabulous new SNS set by Tim and relaxing pedi by one of the ladies, I will definitely be returning and telling others about my new favorite spot!

Customer service was horrible. I had to wait forever just to have someone come see me. A lady started with my feet and 2 min later someone else come in and took over, literally a minute later the lady left to look for something and had to be waiting a while before another person came to do my pedicure. The guy did a sloppy job, cut my nail too far that hurt my toe, left my heels cracked, and left the place with lotion by my heel and back of my calve. I thought it was going to be a good place since reviews were good, but I guess not. Never going again.
