Horrible experience. I explained when I walked in that I only had an hour for a regular mani pedi and only to take me if they could do it. Of course they said they could. They put two people on each person getting a mani pedi there but me. 15 min left of the hour and the lady working on my pedicure had still not gotten to my nails for a mani. When she did she did not even take the clear polish off I had on and did not even cut my nails. I walked out with crooked nails my clear polish from before and hang nails. Not to mention she made me bleed with the cuticle cutter. She charged me full price. I went back in to speak to the manager because I noticed how bad my nails looked as soon as I walked out in the daylight. The manager said well if you dont have the time we cant fix it and to come back within 3 days. I dont live near this place nor do I have time in my life to go back to this place ever again. He would not give me my money back for the manicure. Bad service and no customer care.

Had a great experinece here today as I went for my manicure. Despite some of the previous negative reviews I decided to give it a try since it is close to my office and I wanted to try some place new. Nancy, my technician, did an excellent job and she was very pleasant and attentive. We had a tough time getting my old nail polish off (SNS from another salon where they put UV gel coat over it). She handled my hands/nails with patience and care which I really appreciate as I have had previous experiences at other salons where they were rough and did not seem to care much for the health of my nail. She also gave me one of the best looking basic manicures I have had in a while. I went during lunch time so it was a little busy, but even then I only waited about 10 minutes. The Salon is very large and they appear accommodate a high volume of clients at a time. The price was reasonable. I will be back!

Prior reviews are accurate, place is so/so. No one greeted me and ultimately I had to interrupt someone in order to get seated. My nail tech was a young (cute) guy and he was friendly, albeit not well trained. I had to point out multiple inconsistencies with nail size and filing issues and they are stingy with products, my "mud mask" was applied so thin it looked translucent. Only serve water and tea, no wine which is a negative given the Buckhead market. I had a broken toe nail, the tech tried to fix/mask, but failed. I could have done equally well on my own. If you are not picky or getting a very basic entry level service, maybe this place will work otherwise you are MUCH better off at any other spa in the area. Buckhead Nail & Toe, Serenity, and even Nail Talk and Tan are better options in the area :)

Wednesday at 12:00. Place is not busy. I was seated in a chair by a nail tech. She left and said she will be right back. After waiting 15 minutes, I dried my feet off with their towel and put my shoes on. I went to the waiting area to wait on my mother to finish. It took another 15 minutes for the nail tech to come to me to explain her reason. She had an upset stomach and was in the bathroom for 30 minutes. She apologized and said she was ready now. No thanks. If you are so sick that you are in the bathroom for 30 minutes, I dont want you to touch me or my feet. Second time in the 6 years I have been going here. Good or bad service depends on the nail tech or the day.

Do not believe the menu prices as they over charge here. Theyll tell you one price at the register and then add additional fees for services that are written as if they are included. They are also very racially biased here. There is huge difference between the service and attitude they show towards black people than their happy go lucky and polite considerate manners around their white customers. Its almost funny because they turn their noses up as if they are better than their paying customers who order most of the costly manicures that keep them in business. Open a salon in Alabama and close this one since you dont want to be courteous towards black people.

I went for a gel manicure and a young man did my nails. He was very racist towards black women and I didnt like the comments he made about them. Im half black/Filipino and he basically said his comments arent directed to me because Im only half black. I honestly wish he wouldve just shutup and did my nails in silence. He did a great job on my nails but he charged me $60 JUST for a manicure. When I can go elsewhere to get both me nails and feet done for that price. I looked at there pamphlet and didnt see that price anywhere for a gel manicure. Anyone thats thinking of going here, dont. Its so not worth it. The people there are scammers.

Everyone is pretty nice here, the only reason why I am giving a 1 star is because of Jason, he is the worst nail tech there, not because of his work but his attitude is completely unprofessional, unpolished and rude AF! This twerp actually tried to argue with me and clearly I am not about to argue with someone who is a non-mutha factor in my life! I told him at the end of the day he doesnt matter! I told the manager about my experience but he acted like he gave two sh*ts so I guess thats why they have such bad reviews!

First they have no one licensed to perform lash services. My eyelashes are permanently damaged $150 was the cost. They offered no money back and was nasty about it, even one of the other ladies said this was wrong. The management is in unconcerned and greedy. They have no regard for Americans they just want our money. The nails are way overpriced and not worth the wait. Please dont allow them to touch your eyes. I suggest you check with the BBB first. I hate this place.

I had an awful experience here. I went here for a fill-in and I had the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon in Atlanta. I paid $45 for a fill-in. And I left with crooked nails and horrible polish. DO NOT GO HERE. I wont even go here to have my nails fixed for free. Im going to my regular place in Toco Hills. DO NOT GO TO EMINENCE NAILS IN BUCKHEAD (its called é nails on the sign).

This is the first time I did not give a tip at a nail place. I asked for a, mani/pedi. I had two different people who act as if they did not want to give me aami/pedi. On the pedi, one of my pants leggs was wet. On the mani, my arm kept being pulled and the womam was tight lipped and scowling. It was a horrible experience and the mani and pedi were ok.

This is the worst place to come. This is my first and last visit. I arrived only to be sitted and told that the nail tech is on the way. From me sitting her they like to deal in pedicure more than manicures. From all the workers that I see somebody surely knows how to do nails. If you are on a time schedule please dont come here. This is a hot mess.
